Abstract: Disclosed is a method for providing rental property network members and existing tenants real-time response alerts to rental property database inquiries, status, and updates. A secured website having a rental property database is operable to send signals to a programmable key fob having a color-coded alert board, a plurality of depressable color signals, audio output capabilities, and vibration capabilities. The signals are coordinated with changes to a tenant's or network member's status on the secured website.

Abstract: A system, method and compositions for treating age-related illnesses and conditions is provided. In one embodiment a kit comprises two or more containers, wherein each container comprises a young donor plasma product and indicia comprising information related to the age of donors of the young donor plasma product and wherein the young donor plasma product is sourced from a plurality of donors. The plurality of donors are within an age range at the time of donation all male. The age range includes an upper limit of 25 years of age or less and the lower limit of 16 years of age or more. The young donor plasma product has been processed to remove fractions having an average molecular weight below a predetermined threshold.

Abstract: Disclosed is a system for a landlord to negotiate with a tenant, including the steps of at least one tenant and one landlord entering into a lease agreement that obligates the tenant to provide identifying information, sign a waiver and entering all of the aforementioned information into a database, a landlord financial recovery bureau requesting on behalf of the tenant that the landlord executes an agreement and collecting factual information about the tenant for a tenant occupancy report. The tenant occupancy report being used to develop a tenant fact report summarizing details related to the tenant's occupancy of the rental property and being annotated to reflect verified documents in a tenant evidence locker. Any tenant or client request for information or submission of information being administered online through submission of forms to a central database or manually by a landlord financial recovery bureau.

Abstract: A device and method of providing wireless communications is provided. In one embodiment, the method includes storing location criteria in a memory, determining a location of the device, determining whether a location of the device substantially corresponds to the location criteria, and wirelessly transmitting a notification via the wireless data network if the location of mobile communication device substantially corresponds to the location criteria. In addition, the location criteria may include information of a communication device and the determining whether a location of the device substantially corresponds to the location criteria may comprise determining that the mobile communication device is within a proximity of the communication device. The method may include monitoring one or more uses of the device and wirelessly transmitting use data via the wireless data network.

Abstract: A device and method of providing wireless communications is provided. In one embodiment, the method includes determining that a plurality of wireless networks are concurrently available to provide wireless communication for a telephone device wherein the plurality of wireless networks include different types of networks, selecting one of the plurality of wireless networks based, at least in part, one or more rules, establishing a first wireless communication link with a remote device via the selected network, and wherein the one or more rules are configured to reduce a cost of communicating data. Other embodiments may include various other selection criteria for selecting a network such as, for example, the available bandwidth of one or more of the networks and the type of data to be communicated.

Abstract: A portable communication device and method of use is provided. In one embodiment, the method of using a handheld mobile telephone includes capturing a plurality of images via an image input device; storing the plurality of images in a memory, receiving a first speech input, identifying command information in said first speech input; retrieving information from memory based, at least in part, on the command information. The method may further include generating a request related to an article of commerce that includes, at least in part, the information retrieved from memory, determining a destination for transmitting the request, and wirelessly transmitting said request through a mobile telephone network to the destination.
