    Abstract: A device for cutting, chipping and scraping compacted earth is disclosed. The apparatus is affixed to a prime mover for rotary engagement with the earth, whereby the compacted earth is selectively loosened and/or moved. The blade design disclosed is particularly useful for close accurate work around concrete forms and the like. Other embodiments are disclosed for large area grading.
