The second optical module is configured to receive the first light moving in the second moving direction. The first light reaches the third optical module via the first optical module and the second optical module in sequence. The pixel circuit includes a storage capacitor, a selector, a memory device, and a write switch. The storage capacitor is coupled to the light emitting diode. The selector selects a first signal or a second signal to the storage capacitor according to a stored data. The memory device is coupled to the selector. The memory device stores a written data to obtain the stored data. The write switch is coupled to the memory device. The write switch writes in the written data to the memory device while the pixel circuit is in transition of operation modes.
