    Abstract: The present application discloses a light sensor circuit comprising a first amplifier, a second amplifier and an active load. An integration circuit is formed by the operation of this light sensor circuit and connected to a photodiode. The cathode of the photodiode is controlled to maintain an identical or approximate voltage level with the anode of the photodiode, which significantly reduces the influence of the dark current from the photodiode. Consequently, when applied to an analog-to-digital conversion device, the light sensor circuit effectively maintains the performance and accuracy of the device. Additionally, this design significantly reduces circuit complexity and manufacturing costs.

    Abstract: A three-dimensional memory device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The three-dimensional memory device includes first and second stacking structures, isolation pillars, gate dielectric layers, channel layers and conductive pillars. The stacking structures are laterally spaced apart from each other. The stacking structures respectively comprises alternately stacked insulating layers and conductive layers. The isolation pillars laterally extend between the stacking structures. The isolation pillars further protrude into the stacking structures, and a space between the stacking structures is divided into cell regions. The gate dielectric layers are respectively formed in one of the cell regions, and cover opposing sidewalls of the stacking 10 structures and sidewalls of the isolation pillars. The channel layers respectively cover an inner surface of one of the gate dielectric layers.

    Abstract: A method includes forming a dielectric layer over a conductive feature, and etching the dielectric layer to form an opening. The conductive feature is exposed through the opening. The method further includes forming a tungsten liner in the opening, wherein the tungsten liner contacts sidewalls of the dielectric layer, depositing a tungsten layer to fill the opening, and planarizing the tungsten layer. Portions of the tungsten layer and the tungsten liner in the opening form a contact plug.

    Abstract: A yoga pad includes a base layer having a first side and a second side, and each of the first and second sides has multiple grooves defined therein so as to define sections separated by the grooves. Each groove has an inner bottom, and two ramp portions extend from two sides of each of the inner bottom. Each section has a flat portion which is connected between the two ramp portions corresponding thereto. A netted layer is attached to at least one of the first side and the second side, and has multiple apertures. Each ramp portion has at least one boss which protrudes beyond each of the apertures located corresponding to the ramp portion to provide friction to the users.

    Abstract: A method for making a yoga pad includes a step of preparing a netted base; a step of cutting the netted base into two adhesive units; a step of attaching a foam pad to the netted layer of one of the adhesive layers; and a step of adhering a towel to the C-shaped resilient members of the adhesive layer to form a yoga pad. The C-shaped resilient members are combined with the fibers on the towel in axial direction so that the foam pad is detachably connected to the towel. The fibers of the towel are engaged with the openings of the free ends of the C-shaped resilient members to provide a resistance in lateral direction to the towel which does not easily shift relative to the foam pad.

    Abstract: A foam roller includes a body having a passage defined axially therethrough. A support coat is connected to the outer surface of the body and has a first layer and a second layer. The first layer has multiple slots through which multiple protrusions formed on the outside of the second layer extend. The protrusions extending through the slots form multiple massage portions. The second layer is connected to the outside of the first layer by way of heat pressing to form the support coat. The first and second layers have different colors. The color of the outside of each massage portion is different from the color of the first layer.

    Abstract: A foam roller includes a cylindrical body having a passage defined axially therethrough. A support coat made of multiple foam portions includes more than two different colors, and the foam portions are connected to each other by way of heat-pressing. The foam portions are coated to the outer surface of the body and have a first face and a second face. At least the second face has multiple continuous grooves and multiple continuous protrusions, wherein the outer face of each of the protrusions is removed by way of cutting or grinding so as to form a processed face. The processed face and the grooves located on two sides of the processed face have three different colors.
