  • Patent number: 5651684
Abstract: Disclosed is a vacuum pick up cap for use with receptacles. This vacuum pick up cap has a planer top section which is adapted to be engaged by a vacuum nozzle and a lower section from which a plurality of pegs project to engage apertures in the top surface of the receptacle. These pegs have upper and lower longitudinal sections having different axial dimensions so as to be engageable with receptacles having different size apertures. These upper and lower sections may also have longitudinal axes which are laterally displaced from each other to enable the cap to be used on receptacles having rows of apertures which are displaced at different distances.

  • Patent number: 5518427
Abstract: A pin-header comprises a one-piece molded insulator and metal pins extending through the insulator. One surface of the insulator has a first recess having and a plurality of second recesses are provided each at an area between the inner wall surface of an insertion hole and the outer peripheral surface of the pin with each pin inserted in the insertion hole. A sealant is filled in the first and second recesses of the insulator.

  • Patent number: 5106313
Abstract: A header device comprises; a housing attached to an end face of a printed circuit board having through-holes; and a plurality of pins extending through and sealed to a first section of the housing, the first section facing the end face of the printed circuit board. The plurality of pins are arranged as an upper/lower array in a two-level structure at one surface of the first section of the housing; the pins of at least one of the two levels are bent within the first section and the pins of the respective level extend in the same plane out of the other surface of the first section of the housing; and the pins of the respective level, which extend in the same plane, are substantially vertically bent so as to insert forward portions of the pins into the through-holes of the printed circuit board.
