    Abstract: In the field of biomedical technology, a PIWI-interacting RNA piR-hsa-211106 is used to prepare a targeted therapeutic drug for inhibiting proliferation of lung adenocarcinoma cells. A mechanism is as follows: after the PIWI-interacting RNA piR-hsa-211106 is constructed into an agonist or a transformant, the agonist or the transformant inhibits a tricarboxylic acid cycle process by down-regulating an expression of a pyruvate carboxylase, inhibits an energy metabolism, promotes apoptosis of the lung adenocarcinoma cells, thus inhibits growth of the lung adenocarcinoma. The PIWI-interacting RNA piR-hsa-211106 directly acts on a target site and does not produce toxic and side effects and an off-target phenomenon. Large amounts of analysis and in-vivo and in-vitro experiments show that the PIWI-interacting RNA piR-hsa-211106 has high credibility and a remarkable treatment effect, and provides a new research direction for anti-tumor therapy of lung adenocarcinoma.

The stabilizer includes an amphiphilic triblock polymer with hydrophilic segments at both terminals, and the drug coating forms a nano-drug particle suspension in a water-soluble environment. In this way, the prepared nano-drug coating has high drug loading and can deliver the drug in a desirable way. In particular, when it comes into contact with water, the drug can be restored to the original nano size, almost without any particle size increase. This not only avoids the risk of embolism caused by granules, but also enables higher device safety, increased drug uptake and improved therapeutic effects.

A mask identifying byte positions within a data word having non-zero values in memory can be accessed. Each bit of the mask can have a first value or a second value, the first value indicating that a byte of the data word corresponds to a non-zero byte value, the second value indicating that the byte of the data word corresponds to a zero byte value. The data word can be modified to have non-zero byte values stored at an end of a first side of the data word in the memory, and any zero byte values stored in a remainder of the data word. The modified data word can be written to the memory via at least a first slice of a plurality of slices that is configured to access the first side of the data word in the memory.
