Abstract: An emergency treatment device for algal blooms in reservoir tributaries and bays includes a hull, an automatic detection unit provided on the hull, an algae collection-separation unit, an ultrasonic algae removal unit, a micro-current electrolytic algae suppression unit, an algaecide adding unit, a power unit and a control unit. The automatic detection unit, the algae collection-separation unit, the ultrasonic algae removal unit, the micro-current electrolytic algae suppression unit, the algaecide adding unit and the power unit are connected with the control unit. The algae collection-separation unit is used for suction and ex-situ treatment of high-density algae on a surface of the water body. The ultrasonic algae removal unit, the micro-current electrolytic algae suppression unit and the algaecide adding unit are used for in-situ treatment of algae in the water body.

Abstract: The application discloses a coating material for fabricating rare earth magnets and a method using the coating material to prepare neodymium-iron-boron (NdFeB) magnets having high coercive force. The coating material includes alloy powder A and low-melting-point metal powder B. The alloy powder A is heavy rare earth element R powder, or rare earth-metal alloy (RM) powder, or rare earth-metal-hydrogen alloy (RMH) powder. The heavy rare earth elements are Dy and/or Tb, metal is Fe or Co, or an alloy of Fe and Co, and H is hydrogen element. The low-melting-point metal powder B is one or two of Zn, Al, and Ga. The preparation method includes the following steps: the coating material is mixed into a slurry, and the slurry is coated on the surface of NdFeB magnet, and then apply a two-stage diffusion heat treatment to the magnet, followed by an annealing process to obtain a high-coercivity NdFeB magnet.

Abstract: The present application discloses a motion control method for dual-spindle machining and a dual-spindle machine apparatus. A control device performs data reconstruction of segmentation and checkpoint setting according to first and second data, respectively, to correspondingly form first and second instruction sequences, thereby simultaneously controlling two motion control cards, allowing two machining devices coupled at a back end of the motion control cards to perform machining on two opposite sides of a workpiece. With the checkpoints arranged in the instruction sequences, the machining devices each having one machining tool are provided with a collaboration mechanism, so that the control device is allowed to continue sending instructions of the next segment to the two motion control cards upon arrival of both the instruction sequences at the checkpoints.

In the process of determining the traffic capacity of a left-turn lane, different influences of various vehicle arrival modes on the utilization rate of the left-turn green light and the utilization rate of the U-turn green light are analyzed. A method for the traffic capacity of the left-turn lane with the U-turn median opening at a signalized intersection in combination with traffic management demands and traffic flow space-time characteristics is provided, so that the traffic capacity of the left-turn lane under the influence of actual traffic flow compositions is calculated more accurately.

Abstract: A handheld device matching with a virtual interface and physical buttons contains a handheld body including a touch screen, a control module and a plurality of buttons. The touch screen and the plurality of buttons are electrically connected with the control module, and the touch screen displays a virtual interface and a display frame, the virtual interface has a plurality of virtual keys, and each of the virtual keys has a plurality of characters arranged in an order corresponding to an arrangement of the plurality of buttons. When one of the virtual keys and one of the buttons are selected, one of the characters which corresponds to the selected virtual key and the selected button is displayed in the display frame. In addition, a chord input method matching with a virtual interface and physical buttons is applicable for the handheld device.

A plurality of copper foil rings are set on the base plate. An insulating dielectric layer is covered on the base plate and the plurality of copper foil rings. A plurality of solder mask openings are set on the insulating dielectric layer, each solder mask opening is shaped as a circular hole, and is concentric with one via. By covering the insulating dielectric layer on the copper foil rings, an adherence of copper foil and the insulating base board increases, thereby pins of the inserting components will not be easily disengaged from the copper foil in the insulating base board.

Abstract: A system and method for frequency hopping precalibrates a subset of a plurality of channels, storing the channels' associated curves in a computer readable medium. Before hopping to a new channel, decision making circuitry can access the precalibrated curves. If the destination channel has an associated curve, then the system can use the values from that curve when hopping to a new channel. If the destination channel does not have an associated precalibrated curve, then the system can identify a closely situated channel with a precalibrated curve and use an offset value to settle at the destination channel. According to another aspect of the present invention, the offsets can be updated. According to a further aspect of the invention, the updated can be done dynamically.

Abstract: A wireless audio-video (AV) transmission module is to be disposed in an AV source device. The AV source device includes an AV source unit for generating an AV signal. The wireless AV transmission module includes a video scaler unit and a wireless transmission unit. The video scaler unit is to be coupled electrically to the AV source unit, upscales a video signal of the AV signal from the AV source unit, and outputs an upscaled AV signal including the upscaled video signal. The wireless transmission unit is coupled electrically to the video scaler unit and wirelessly transmits the upscaled AV signal that includes the upscaled video signal.

Accordingly, the present invention can change a color, a brush type and a brush thickness of the digital painting pen to achieve an instinctive drawing effect without using buttons and switches.

A pressure of each pressure device can be increased or released to increase massaging pressure of the rocker arms and to absorb shock.
