The preparation method includes the following steps: the coating material is mixed into a slurry, and the slurry is coated on the surface of NdFeB magnet, and then apply a two-stage diffusion heat treatment to the magnet, followed by an annealing process to obtain a high-coercivity NdFeB magnet.

A control device performs data reconstruction of segmentation and checkpoint setting according to first and second data, respectively, to correspondingly form first and second instruction sequences, thereby simultaneously controlling two motion control cards, allowing two machining devices coupled at a back end of the motion control cards to perform machining on two opposite sides of a workpiece. With the checkpoints arranged in the instruction sequences, the machining devices each having one machining tool are provided with a collaboration mechanism, so that the control device is allowed to continue sending instructions of the next segment to the two motion control cards upon arrival of both the instruction sequences at the checkpoints.

Before hopping to a new channel, decision making circuitry can access the precalibrated curves. If the destination channel has an associated curve, then the system can use the values from that curve when hopping to a new channel. If the destination channel does not have an associated precalibrated curve, then the system can identify a closely situated channel with a precalibrated curve and use an offset value to settle at the destination channel. According to another aspect of the present invention, the offsets can be updated. According to a further aspect of the invention, the updated can be done dynamically.
