Abstract: An R-T-B based permanent magnet material, a preparation method therefor and use thereof are provided. The R-T-B permanent magnet material forms M oxides at the grain boundary triple point, such that oxygen is enriched at the grain boundary triple point, thereby accurately controlling the oxygen content in the magnet. The permanent magnet material and the preparation method of the present disclosure can prepare products with strong corrosion resistance under the condition of unchanged magnetic properties, and improve the formability in the pressing process, thereby improving the qualified rate of the products.

Abstract: A sodium-ion pouch cell belongs to the technical field of new energy materials and devices. The pouch cell and comprises a cathode piece, a diaphragm, a presodiated anode piece, an electrolyte, a tab and an aluminum plastic film package, and is obtained by sequentially laminating 1 to 30 cathode pieces and 2 to 31 presodiated anode pieces in a Z-shaped manner, adding the electrolyte and packaging, the sodium-ion pouch cell is characterized in that: the cathode piece contains an O3 layered oxide cathode material, a chemical formula is NaaNibZncFedMneTi(1-b-c-d-e)O2, 0.8?a?1, 0.2<b?0.5, 0<c?0.1, 0<d?0.2, 0.2<e?0.5, the presodiated anode piece contains a hard carbon anode material, and a double-sided density of the cathode piece is 28 mg/cm2 to 33 mg/cm2; and a double-sided density of the anode piece is 14 mg/cm2 to 16 mg/cm2, and a battery capacity is 0.1 Ah to 10 Ah.

The integrated circuit includes a semiconductor substrate including a logic region and a memory cell region. A logic device is arranged on the logic region. A memory device is arranged on the memory cell region. An isolation structure extends into a top surface of the semiconductor substrate, and laterally separates the logic region from the memory cell region. The isolation structure includes dielectric material and has an uppermost surface and a slanted upper surface extending from the uppermost surface to an edge of the isolation structure proximate to memory cell region.

Abstract: An energy Internet system, an energy routing conversion device, and an energy control method, relating to a field of energy information. An alternating-current (AC) side energy routing conversion device of the energy Internet system includes a plurality of first route ports, and a direct-current (DC) side energy routing conversion device includes a plurality of second route ports, where each second route port is connected to a corresponding first route port by means of a corresponding DC busbar. A plurality of energy devices are connected to a DC busbar by means of corresponding first AC/DC converters or first DC converters. The AC side energy routing conversion device and the DC side energy routing conversion device collect energy information of the energy devices and adjust energy of the energy devices on a basis of energy balance constraint conditions.

In the method, a protrusion of a substrate is formed in the ring structure area. The protrusion protrudes from an isolation insulating layer. A high-k dielectric film is formed, thereby covering the protrusion and the isolation insulating layer. A poly silicon film is formed over the high-k dielectric film. The poly silicon film and the high-k dielectric film are patterned. Insulating layers are formed over the patterned poly silicon film and high-k dielectric film, thereby sealing the patterned high-k dielectric film.

When the authorized individual agrees the user to access the friendship list of the authorized individual, the friendship list of the authorized individual is added to a FOF database. The user device transmits an anonymous social communication service request to the server apparatus to obtain an anonymous social communication service for the user and the authorized individual. Besides, when the service is stopped, the server apparatus inquires both of the authorized individual and the user whether they agree to provide their profiles to each other as the basis for the friendship.

Abstract: A method for real-time conversations and comment with each other in a mobile device comprises the following steps. In the step (a), it activates a communication module of real-time conversations and comment with each other of a first mobile device. In the step (b), it performs a matching process for a user of the first mobile by a server. In the step (c), it provides a topic of chat for the user of the first mobile device for conversations by using the communication module of real-time conversations and comment with each other or by using the server. In the step (d), the user of the first mobile device transmits a first message to the successfully matched user of a second mobile device and makes comments for a second message from the user of the second mobile device.

Abstract: A method, a server and an apparatus for lecture feedback are provided. In the method, an adding request is received to establish a lecture. A login for the lecture from each of at least one audience apparatus is received to provide a presentation data to each of the at least one audience apparatus. The presentation data includes several pages. A usage behavior of each audience apparatus executing on each of the pages of the presentation data is monitored, and the usage behaviors of all of the at least one audience apparatus are analyzed to provide a feedback of the lecture.
