  • Patent number: 8051689
Abstract: A cylindrical lock includes inner and outer chassis, inner and outer spindles, and first and second actuating members. One of the first and second actuating members is selectively and rotatably received in the outer spindle. Each of the first and second actuating members includes a limiting groove having first and second groove sections with different arcs in a circumferential direction about a longitudinal axis. A driving member is rotatably received in one of the first and second actuating members. The driving member has a leg movable in the outer spindle between first and second positions along the longitudinal axis and received in one of the first and second groove sections. A driving device is received in the inner spindle. The cylindrical lock has two modes corresponding to selective use of the first and second actuating members to provide locking/unlocking states through supply or not supply of electricity to the driving device.

  • Patent number: 7887107
Abstract: A latch assembly includes a base mounted to a door and a latch bolt having a latch pivotably connected to the base. The latch bolt further includes a link pivotably connected to the latch and the base. A follower plate is pivotably connected to the link, allowing pivotal movement of the follower plate and the link relative to the base and allowing relative pivotal movement between the follower plate and the link. A linking rod is coupled with the follower plate to move therewith. When the linking rod moves in a vertical direction, the follower plate moves together with the linking rod to pivot the latch between a latching position and an unlatching position. The latch assembly can be utilized as a surfaced-type or concealed-type bottom latch. After adding some parts, the latch assembly can be converted into a surfaced-type or concealed-type top latch.

  • Patent number: 7748757
Abstract: A connecting device (40) for a concealed-type latch of a lock for a panic exit door includes a connecting member (46) having an end (464) operably coupled to a latch (128). A draw rod (48) includes an end (484) pivotably coupled to the other end (462) of the connecting member (46) and pivotable between a first position parallel to the connecting member (46) and a second position perpendicular to the connecting member (46). The connecting device (40) can be installed via an end opening (104) in a top or bottom edge of a door (10) into an interior space (102) of the door (10) with the draw rod (48) in the first position. When the draw rod (48) reaches a side opening (106) of the door (10), it is pivoted to the second position for coupling with a follower device (30) of the lock.

  • Publication number: 20100117376
Abstract: A lock for a door includes a latch (128) to which an end of a connecting member (46) is operably coupled. A draw rod (48) is securely mounted to the connecting member (46) to move therewith. A base (32) is fixed to the door, and a slide (42) is slideably mounted to the base (32) in the vertical direction. An adjusting block (44) is fixed to the draw rod (48) to move therewith. An adjusting screw (446) is rotatably extended through the slide (42) and threadedly engaged with the adjusting block (44) so that movement of the slide (42) in the vertical direction causes movement of the adjusting block (44) and the connecting member (46) in the vertical direction and of the latch (128) between locking and unlocking positions. Rotation of the adjusting screw (446) causes movement of the adjusting block (44) and the connecting device (40) in the vertical direction to adjust the locking position of the latch (128) relative to the door (10).

  • Publication number: 20040129760
Abstract: A wafer transfer apparatus adapted to a wafer ball placement apparatus including at least one wafer cassette, a flux dispenser unit, a ball placement unit, a reflow oven unit, and an unloader. The apparatus is also adapted to a wafer bump printing apparatus including at least one wafer cassette, a bump printing unit, a reflow oven unit, and an unloader. The apparatus includes a robot arm for picking up a wafer from the at least one wafer cassette and transferring the wafer to/from one of the wafer cassette, the flux dispenser unit, the ball placement unit or bump printing unit, and the reflow oven unit. The apparatus may also include a stage for carrying and moving the robot arm. With the apparatus, it is possible to reduce process time, simplify steps of transferring the wafer and lower risks of breaking wafer. The invention can achieve the effects of improving the production efficiency, saving the space and simplifying the apparatus.
