A film formed of the polyethylene composition is also provided.

Abstract: An encoding apparatus, decoding apparatus, and coding methods. The encoding apparatus includes a processor configured to receive a video frame including screen content, generate a block containing an index map of colors for screen content in the video frame, wherein the block includes strings of index values sharing a same escape color index value, wherein the escape color index value represents an escape color, encode each of the strings of index values in the block, and sequentially encode the escape colors after each of the strings of index values in the block has been encoded. A transmitter operably coupled to the processor is configured to transmit the strings of index values and the escape colors in a bitstream to a decoding apparatus.

Abstract: A method and apparatus is disclosed herein for IP packet tunneling in a network. In one embodiment, the method comprises receiving, at a first network device, a first IP packet of a IP connection; creating a second IP packet by replacing information in a field in the first IP packet with a session ID identifying the IP connection; and forwarding, by the first network device, the second IP packet to the second network device in the distributed network environment.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a mobile terminal, a server and a calling method based on a cloud contact list. The method comprises: obtaining number information of a calling party according to a calling request from the calling party; sending an inquiry request to a cloud contact list server according to the number information of the calling party; receiving contact information corresponding to the number information of the calling party from the cloud contact list server; and displaying the contact information. When a cold call is received from an unknown number, the mobile terminal, server and calling method based on the cloud contact list provided in the present disclosure may obtain the contact information corresponding to the number from the cloud contact list, and then display the contact information to the user. In this way, the user can get to know the contact information associated with the unknown number.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for dynamic security insertion into virtualized networks is described. The method may include receiving, at a network device from a second network device, a data packet and application data extracted from the data packet. The method may also include generating a routing decision for a network connection associated with the data packet based, at least in part, on the application data. Furthermore, the method may include transmitting the routing decision for the data packet to the second device for the second device to route the data based on the routing decision.

Abstract: The present document describes techniques for agenda management, particularly for passive events. The agenda management may include an agenda management device receiving an event notification message about a passive event. The event notification message may be received through a set interface. The event notification message may include event contents and an event occurrence time. The agenda management apparatus may generate an agenda entry according to the event contents and the event occurrence time. The event notification message may be pushed by a third party application. Thus, a reminder for the passive event may be automatically added into the agenda, without manual intervention.

Abstract: An apparatus is configured to perform a method for screen content coding. The method includes deriving a color index map based on a current coding unit (CU). The method also includes encoding the color index map, wherein at least a portion of the color index map is encoded using a first coding technique, wherein a first indicator indicates a significant distance of the first coding technique. The method further includes combining the encoded color index map and the first indicator for transmission to a receiver.

Abstract: A network system includes a security device and a network access device. The network access device is to receive a packet from a source node destined to a destination node, and to examine a data structure maintained by the network access device to determine whether the data structure stores a data member having a predetermined value, the data member indicating whether the packet should undergo security processing. If the data member matches the predetermined value, the packet is transmitted to a security device associated with the network access device to allow the security device to perform content inspection, and in response to a response received from the security device, the packet is routed to the destination node dependent upon the response. The packet is routed to the destination node without forwarding the packet to the security device.

Abstract: Presented systems and methods facilitate screen content coding. A system can comprises: a processing component configured to execute coding operations and a storage component configured to store information for the processing component, including the color table and color index map. The coding operations can include: receiving information associated with a plurality of pixels; creating a color table, the color table includes color values (e.g., of the pixels) and corresponding indices; creating a color index map wherein each index of the color map maps a pixel to an index value of the color table; and performing coding operations corresponding to the color table and color index map. In one exemplary implementation, index values of the color table are encoded/decoded during color table and index map coding rather than the actual raw color values for each pixel. Various types of compression and coding can be implemented (e.g., lossless, lossy, intra-prediction, inter-prediction, etc.).

Abstract: Apparatus and methods for a Motion Picture Experts Group (MPEG) media transport (MMT) device for sending or receiving media content is provided. The MMT device comprises a memory unit and a controller. The controller is configured to measure an available bandwidth, receive fragments of a first encoded stream of the media content and fragments of a second encoded stream of the same media content based on the available bandwidth and a current transmission bandwidth. A mixed encoded stream comprises the fragments received from the first encoded stream and the fragments received from the second encoded stream.

The method includes: receiving an encrypted packet sent by a client by using a virtual private network (VPN) tunnel, wherein the encrypted packet is sent by the client after the client determines, according to a preset control policy, that the control policy comprises an Internet Protocol (IP) address and a port number that are the same as a destination IP address and a destination port number of a packet to be sent and encrypts the packet to be sent, and the control policy comprises information about an IP address and a port number of an intranet server that can exchange a packet with a security socket layer protocol (SSL) VPN server; decrypting the encrypted packet; and sending the decrypted packet to a corresponding intranet server, wherein a source IP address of the decrypted packet is an external network IP address.

Abstract: The examples described herein provide methods and equipment for an anti-oxidation spraying on a steel billet. In some examples, when the billet at the temperature of 400° C.-1000° C. enters the predetermined spraying region, a plurality of anti-oxidation spraying devices are used to perform an anti-oxidation spray on the billet in two or more directions, thereby forming directly an anti-oxidation coating on the steel billet at 400° C.-1000° C. By using the example method and equipment described herein, on-line spraying of anti-oxidation coating on the steel billet can be performed under high-temperature condition, thereby reducing an oxidation burning loss rate of the steel billet.

Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a method and device for obtaining a shared object associated with a real scene. A network device obtains an access respect sent by a user through user equipment based on the scene image corresponding to the real scene; performs match query in a shared object repository based on the scene image so as to obtain one or more shared objects corresponding to the access request; and provides said one or more shared objects to the user equipment. Compared with the prior art, through performing match query based on a scene image, the present invention provides a shared object associated with a real scene, which not only facilitates people to obtain information related to the scene, but also supports object sharing based on the same scene between different users, such that it is more convenient for people to obtain information and communicate with one another; besides, it also enhances use experience of users.
