    Abstract: This specification discloses methods for removing unwanted flavors from legume protein concentrates, which are powdered legume compositions that have been classified to increase the protein compared to the protein content of the base legume. In at least some embodiments the methods are used to make de-flavored pea protein concentrates. Advantageously, the methods are selected to minimize damage to the de-flavored legume protein concentrates by reference to percent change of denaturation enthalpy compared an untreated legume protein concentrate.

    Abstract: Photoresist rework of metal-containing photoresist is disclosed. Rework can be accomplished using a thermal process by exposing a substrate to an elevated temperature and an etch gas. Rework can be also accomplished using a wet process by exposing the substrate to an inorganic acidic solution. Residue or other contaminants may be cleaned up from the substrate after rework by exposure to high temperatures, plasma, or wet clean.

    Abstract: A method for detecting diaper wetness based on a ratio signal technology comprises: sending a frequency-modulated continuous wave signal to a diaper through a radar device to obtain a transmission signal ST(t) and a return signal SR(t); detecting a static environment factor and a dynamic environment factor, and obtaining continuous radar snapshots; eliminating interference of environmental factors by using a filtering template based on the continuous radar snapshots and object respiration; obtaining an outline of the diaper by using wavelet synchronous compression transformation, and dividing into a training sample set and a testing sample set; and inputting the training sample set and the test sample set into a heuristic mobility network for training until a loss function is converged, obtaining the trained heuristic mobility network, and obtaining diaper wetness of the test sample set.

    Abstract: Techniques are provided for near real-time anomaly event detection and classification with trend change detection for smart water grid operation management. In the first phase, a trend change is detected in each of one or more sensors by comparing new sensor data of a sensor with a historical trend pattern of the same sensor. In the second phase, and after the trend changes are detected, a valid event evaluation time window can be determined based on combining and analyzing the detected trend changes for flow and pressure sensors, e.g., at least one flow sensor and at least one pressure sensor from the same supply zone of the smart water grid. The valid event evaluation time window can be used with anomaly events that are detected in near-real time to classify the anomaly events in near-real time as valid, e.g., true anomaly events, or invalid, e.g., false alarms.

    Abstract: A permanent magnet material having the multilayer structure can obtain a high-performance permanent magnet material under the condition of a reduced content of Nd. By means of powder preparation, mixing, pressing, and sintering, the performance defect such as the reduction of the magnet property caused by CeY entering the main phase grains is effectively avoided, and the influence of the formation of a CeFe2 phase in the grain boundaries on the magnet property is also avoided. Moreover, by the introduction of M, the inhibition of CeY enrichment in the grain boundaries on the diffusion effect is avoided, a diffusion channel of heavy rare earth from the surface of the magnet to the interior is provided, and thus the diffusion effect is optimized, and the diffusion performance is significantly improved.

    Abstract: Dry backside and bevel edge clean is performed without exposure to plasma to remove unwanted photoresist material from a substrate. The substrate is supported on a substrate support and elevated by minimum contact area (MCA) supports so that etch gas can access a backside of the substrate. A gas distributor delivers curtain gas to a frontside of the substrate to protect photoresist material on the frontside. An etch gas delivery source delivers a first etch gas flow to the backside, and one or more peripheral gas inlets deliver a second etch gas flow to a periphery of the frontside and around the bevel edge. A radiative heat source is positioned below the substrate to heat the substrate.

Unintended metal-containing photoresist material may form on internal surfaces of a process chamber during deposition, bevel and backside cleaning, baking, development, or etch operations. An in situ dry chamber clean may be performed to remove the unintended metal-containing photoresist material by exposure to an etch gas. The dry chamber clean may be performed at elevated temperatures without striking a plasma. In some embodiments, the dry chamber clean may include pumping/purging and conditioning operations.
