Abstract: Systems and Methods for supporting carrier aggregation with different TDD configurations are proposed. In a first novel aspect, corresponding apparatus structure is described. In a second novel aspect, aggregation constraint is discussed. In a third novel aspect, transceiving mechanisms over multiple component carriers in DL/UL overlapped subframes are proposed. For simultaneous DL/UL transceiving, band combination indication methods are proposed, and HARQ feedback mechanisms are proposed. For non-simultaneous DL/UL transceiving, transceiving configuration methods are proposed, and the same HARQ feedback mechanisms are proposed. In a fourth novel aspect, CQI/RLM/RRM measurement mechanisms are proposed. In a fifth novel aspect, UE capability signaling mechanisms are proposed. The objective is to support flexible aggregation, to enhance DL data throughout, and to improve UL transmit power efficiency.

The back-site device function module chooses the messages of the processing device function module. The at least one service device function module transmits the messages to a user handheld device from the back-site device function module, and the at least one service device function module includes a WiFi device and a processing device function module. The user handheld device transmits a regional location message, a language using system code, and a group identification code of the user handheld device to the at least one service device function module in the certain area.

Abstract: A polyimide film includes a polyimide polymer forming a main molecular structure of the polyimide film, and polyimide particles present in the polyimide film at a weight ratio between about 15 wt % and 30 wt % of a total weight of the polyimide film, the polyimide particles having an average diameter between about 3 ?m and 8 ?m. The polyimide film can have a 60° gloss value equal to or smaller than 10, a haze equal to or higher than 90%, and a Young's modulus equal to or higher than 280 kgf/mm2. In some embodiments, methods of fabricating the polyimide film are also described.

Abstract: A position-bias compensation method, applied to a three-dimensional image interactive system, includes steps of: displaying a three-dimensional image and setting a trigger position in a preset interactive coordinate system according to a default position of a user; obtaining a position-bias of a user's position from the default position; and resetting the trigger position according to the position-bias.

Abstract: The present invention provides an interactive two-way multimedia messaging service transfer method. A user sends a multimedia message to initiate the interactive 2-way transfer. A multimedia messaging service center sends the message to a multimedia messaging service dispatcher, so that the appropriate service provider is contacted according to the multimedia message. The digital multimedia content is obtained from the content service provider and a common service platform transforms the information into a multimedia message reply. Finally, the multimedia messaging service center sends the message to the user. The invention receives and transmits multimedia messages in order to provide the interactive two-way transmission system. In this way, mobile communication equipment users can access interactive content such as online games, anytime and anywhere.

Abstract: A computer product customized information programming method and system is proposed, which is designed for use by a computer manufacturer to program customized information into customer-ordered computer products; and which is characterized by the capability of allowing the computer manufacturer to predefine a set of customized information for each particular model of customer-ordered computer product and store it in a database, such that during the programming procedure, the corresponding set of customized information can be retrieved from the database by using the computer product's SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) code as keyword and then written in a standardized data format into the BIOS of the computer product. Compared to the prior art, this feature can be implemented without using GPIO pins and allows the upgrading of customized information to be easier to carry out than prior art, and therefore can be implemented in a more cost-effective way.

Abstract: A method of a multimedia information service and an information inquiry download service. Users access an information inquiry platform with mobile phones, in order to search for and download information. Depending on the type of requested information a content provider obtains or supplies the user's desired information. The information is then transmitted to a common service platform. The common service platform transmits the information to the user's mobile phone via a multimedia service center. If necessary, the user's location can be automatically obtained in order to provide location specific information such as maps, directions, or addresses.

The method further includes providing a second substance including a catalyst. The method further includes providing a chemical including a dopant. The method further includes forming a solution including the dopant, said forming including mixing the first substance and the second substance together. The method further includes cooling the solution to a mixture temperature which is at or below zero degrees Celsius, wherein the solution has a significantly longer gelation time at the mixture temperature than at room temperature.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing a xerogel monolith having a pore diameter distribution includes preparing a first solution comprising metal alkoxide and preparing a second solution comprising a catalyst. A third solution is prepared by mixing the first solution and the second solution together. At least one of the first, second, and third solutions is cooled to achieve a mixture temperature for the third solution which is substantially below room temperature, wherein the third solution has a significantly longer gelation time at the mixture temperature as compared to a room temperature gelation time for the third solution. The method further includes allowing the third solution to gel, thereby forming a wet gel monolith. The method further includes forming the xerogel monolith by drying the wet gel monolith.
