    Abstract: A method of positively detecting a target pathogen/molecule within a fluid sample and related test devices are described. The device includes a plurality of chambers in adjacent, spaced-apart relationship, and a plurality of isolation valves selectively actuatable to control fluid flow into and out of one or more of the plurality of chambers. The method includes providing the fluid sample into a first chamber of the device; opening a first one of the isolation valves to allow the fluid sample to flow from the first chamber into a second chamber, the second chamber containing an amplification reagent; opening a second one of the isolation valves to allow the fluid sample to flow from the second chamber into a third chamber, the third chamber containing a CRISPR/Cas reagent; illuminating the fluid sample in third chamber with light; and determining whether the fluid sample in the third chamber fluoresces in response to the light.

    Abstract: A method for adjusting a display attribute, and a related device, to make a display effect of an element on a page more prominent. The method includes obtaining a first luminance and a second luminance on a page, where the first luminance is a luminance of an element on the page, and the second luminance is a luminance of a background region in which the element is displayed; determining a first contrast ratio between the element and the background region based on the first luminance and the second luminance; and adjusting a display attribute of the element when the first contrast ratio is less than a preset contrast ratio.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a dual-robot position/force multivariate-data-driven method using reinforcement learning. A master robot adopts an ideal position meta-control strategy, learns a desired position by a reinforcement learning algorithm, and feeds back an actual position to a desired position, and a goal is to generate an optimal force while the robot interacts with the environment, as to minimize a position error; and a slave robot, based on a force meta-control strategy of position deviation of the master robot, adopts a damping proportional-derivative (PD) control strategy suitable for an unknown environment, and learns a desired acting force by the reinforcement learning algorithm, namely a minimum force for driving the slave robot to approach a desired reference point. The present invention may improve the dexterity of dual-robot collaboration, solve a parameter optimization problem in position/force control.
