    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a disturbance employment-based sliding mode control (DESMC) method for four-degrees-of-freedom (4-DOF) tower crane systems. The method includes the following steps: acquiring parameter data and operating state data of the 4-DOF tower crane systems; conducting, based on the acquired data, disturbance estimation by using a preset nonlinear disturbance observer, and conducting judgment on beneficial disturbance and detrimental disturbance according to a preset disturbance effect indicator (DEI); and adding the beneficial disturbance to a preset sliding mode controller, removing the detrimental disturbance, driving a jib and a trolley to a desired slew angle and a desired target displaced position, respectively, and setting a payload swing angle to 0 or within a preset range.

    Abstract: A system includes a laser emitting a laser beam, a beam expander expanding the laser beam, a beam splitter prism splitting the expanded laser beam into first and second split light beams, a liquid crystal box containing polymer-dispersed liquid crystal, first and second reflectors reflecting the first and second split light beams to the liquid crystal box, respectively, and an attenuator arranged on an optical path between the beam expander and the liquid crystal box. The attenuator gradually attenuates at least one of the laser beam, the expanded laser beam, the first split light beam, or the second split light beam along a first set curve. The first split light beam and the second split light beam form interference fringes at the liquid crystal box to expose the polymer-dispersed liquid crystal to form a polymer-dispersed liquid crystal holographic grating having a diffraction efficiency decreasing along a second set curve.

    Abstract: A mechanical-hydraulic integrated releasing device includes an upper joint, a lower joint and a pawl. The upper joint and the lower joint are respectively connected to two ends of the pawl. An outer side of the pawl is sleeved with a releasing sleeve capable of moving in an axial direction of the pawl. A step is arranged on an outer wall of a ratchet of the pawl. A groove matching the step is arranged on an inner wall of the releasing sleeve, and the step and the groove cooperate to limit the pawl. A releasing sleeve upper portion is arranged between the releasing sleeve and the upper joint, one end of the releasing sleeve upper portion is inserted into the releasing sleeve, and the other end is sleeved on an outer portion of the upper joint and connected to the upper joint via a start pin.
