    Abstract: A dynamic bias voltage circuit for providing a bias voltage includes: a buffer circuit, a voltage divider circuit and a voltage follower circuit. The buffer circuit is configured to output a second voltage according to a first voltage. The voltage divider circuit is coupled to the buffer circuit and configured to implement a voltage division function to provide a third voltage according to the second voltage and a pad voltage on a pad of the integrated circuit. The voltage follower circuit is coupled to the voltage divider circuit and configured to generate the bias voltage according to the third voltage.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for metallizing a front electrode of an N-type solar cell, including: treating an N-type crystalline silicon substrate to form a p+ doped region and a front surface passivation anti-reflection coating on a front surface of the N-type crystalline silicon substrate in an inside-out sequence, printing an aluminum paste on the front surface passivation anti-reflection coating to form a first finger, overprinting a silver paste on the first finger to form a second finger, and printing a front silver paste on the first finger to form a busbar. In the present invention, the superposition of the second finger on the first finger can reduce line resistance while ensuring a good ohmic contact, which further improves the photoelectric conversion efficiency of solar cells. Moreover, since no grooving procedure is required, the process is simplified and cost-efficient.

    Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of food processing, and in particular relates to a rapid and non-destructive quantitative evaluation method for taste characteristics of fried rice. The method includes three steps: constructing a quantitative model of seasoning for the fried rice, constructing a model for identifying types of materials of the fried rice, and performing quantitative characterization of the taste characteristics of the fried rice. The quantitative model of the seasoning is established based on sensitivity of a spectral signal to changes of the content of seasoning liquid. An analytic equation of key parameters of the quantitative model of the seasoning is established according to characteristics that the total amount of the seasoning in finished fried rice is equal to the total amount of the seasoning added during frying of the fried rice. The quantitative model of the seasoning is rapidly constructed by solving the equations.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a type of front finger paste for N-type solar cells. In parts by weight, the raw materials for preparing the paste include 1-5 parts of high-activity glass powder, 1-5 parts of silicon powder, 75-79 parts of aluminum-silicon alloy powder and 15-20 parts of organic component. The front finger paste for N-type solar cells and its preparation method provided by the present disclosure use aluminum paste to replace the aluminum-doped silver paste used in the existing technologies, thus reducing the production cost of N-type solar cells; and the high-activity glass powder contained in the aluminum paste can eliminate the grooving process before printing, thus simplifying the process steps, and it does not damage the passivation layer and can improve the electrical performance of the solar cell.
