    Abstract: An exemplary embodiment of the present invention provides a linear vibration motor including a base with an accommodation space a vibrating unit, an elastic part suspending the vibrating unit, and a coil assembly fixed to the base. The vibrating unit includes a weight block with a through hole, a pole plate accommodated in the through hole, and at least one magnet fixed at the pole plate. The pole plate includes first side walls and second side walls. The at least one magnet is fixed to the first side wall, and a thickness of the second side wall is greater than a thickness of the first side wall. The linear vibration motor partially enlarges the pole plate so as to improve the magnetic field intensity, and then the magnetic flux is increased correspondingly so as to make the vibrating performance of the linear vibration motor better.

The vibration unit includes a weight in which a pole plate is disposed for positioning a magnet. The pole plate includes a body part and a positioning protrusion extending from the body part. The magnet includes a positioning hole corresponding to the positioning protrusion. Compared with the related technology, the linear vibration motor of the invention has the advantages of simpler assembly, higher assembly precision and higher vibration reliability.

One end of the elastic member is fixedly connected with the supporting frame while anther end is fixedly connected with the housing. The supporting frame includes opposite first side walls and a second side wall forming an accommodating cavity, the first side wall is fixedly connected with the elastic member. A protrusion extends from the first side wall to the elastic member fixedly connected with the protrusion.

    Abstract: A linear vibration motor includes a base having an accommodating space, a vibration system, an elastic member configured to fix and suspend the vibration system in the accommodating space, and a drive system fixed to the base and driving the vibration system to vibrate in a direction perpendicular to a horizontal direction. The vibration system includes a magnetic steel unit fixed to the elastic member and a first pole core stacked to the magnetic unit. The drive system includes a first coil and a second coil that are fixed to the base and stacked together in the vibration direction. Current directions of the first coil and the second coil are opposite. The magnetic steel unit surrounds the two coils and is disposed separately from the two coils. An orthogonal projection of the magnetic steel unit in a direction towards the drive system at least partially falls in the two coils.
