The locking outer plate, is fixedly connected to an alarm device communicating with the control part; the display part includes a display positioning sleeve provided within the sealing box. The display positioning sleeve comprises a display glass sleeve, a display sealing block and a display pressing column from front to back. The display glass sleeve is internally sleeved sealingly with a horizontal display glass block, a cardboard is disposed between the display sealing block and the display glass block, the front panel of the sealing box is provided with a display port fitting the display glass block.
