    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for building a co-culture model for Caco-2/RAW-264.7 cells induced by lipopolysaccharides and an application of the co-culture model. The method includes: 1) culturing Caco-2 cells and RAW-264.7 cells; 2) inoculating the 5 Caco-2 cells onto an AP side of an upper chamber of a Transwell plate, and incubating; 3) inoculating the RAW-264.7 cells onto a 24-well plate, and incubating; 4) transferring the upper chamber of the Transwell plate into the 24-well plate; 5) dissolving lipopolysaccharides in PBS to prepare a stock solution, filtering, and diluting for later use; and 6) adding an LPS-10% DMEM medium on a BL side, incubating, and forming an intestinal inflammation model.

    Abstract: Provided is a three-dimensional object detection framework based on multi-source data knowledge transfer. By outputting an image feature extracted by an image feature extraction unit, an interested target selection unit outputs point cloud data of an interested target to a point cloud feature extraction unit according to the image feature; the point cloud feature extraction unit extracts a point cloud feature from the point cloud data; in a knowledge transfer unit, enable the image feature to learn the point cloud feature and update parameters of the image feature extraction unit, while a three-dimensional target parameter prediction unit updates parameters of the image feature and point cloud feature extraction units according to the image feature and the point cloud feature. Finally, the updated image feature extraction unit re-extracts the image feature to the three-dimensional target parameter prediction unit, which reckons and inputs three-dimensional parameters according to the image feature.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a water body pollution intelligent investigation method and device based on unmanned ships. The method includes: determining a first pollutant concentration value of a monitored water area according to water quality data of the monitored water area; controlling an unmanned ship to cruise in the monitored water area according to a preset cruise trajectory and perform water quality collection to obtain a second pollutant concentration value of the monitored water area; determining, when there is an abnormal cruise coordinate point, a target cruise trajectory according to the second pollutant concentration value of the abnormal cruise coordinate point; and controlling the unmanned ship to cruise according to the target cruise trajectory to determine a pollution source of the monitored water area.
