  • Publication number: 20260116008
Abstract: A refractory material foam can include a plurality of members made from a refractory material, where each member of the plurality of members is fused to one or more other members of the plurality of members at a fusion point, where each member of the plurality of members is arranged in a determined spatial location.
    Type: Application
    Filed: December 24, 2025
    Publication date: April 30, 2026
    Applicant: Orca Sciences LLC
Inventors: Dylan Owens, Menyoung Lee, Patrick Gallagher
  • Publication number: 20260077536
Abstract: A composite can include: a lattice comprising lattice material arranged at predetermined locations; and deposited material deposited on and around the lattice wherein the deposited material forms a unified material. A method for making a fabricated material can include: receiving a lattice, depositing material on the lattice, and optionally processing the fabricated material.

  • Publication number: 20260065112
Abstract: Systems and methods for implementing a quantum code using cat qubits as data qubits and transmon qubits as ancilla qubits is disclosed. In some embodiments, a three-level transmon is used and Chi-matching is performed to determine dispersive coupling coefficients between the cat qubits and first and second excited states of the transmon qubits, wherein the dispersive coupling coefficients are used to perform gates between the cat data qubits and the transmon ancilla qubits. The Chi-matching determines the dispersive coupling coefficients such that the cat qubits are rotated in a same manner while performing the gates regardless as to whether a given transmon ancilla qubit remains in a second excited state or has decayed to a first excited state.

  • Patent number: 12533850
Abstract: A method for forming a skeleton (e.g., space frame, trussed structure, regular foam, open-cell foam, closed cell foam, etc.) can include providing instructions for spatial locations of optical hot spots, generating the optical hot spots, and growing material at the optical hot spots to form the skeleton. The method can optionally include shaping the grown material and/or infilling the skeleton.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: July 10, 2025
Date of Patent: January 27, 2026
    Assignee: Orca Sciences LLC
Inventors: Dylan Owens, Menyoung Lee, Patrick Gallagher
