    Abstract: The invention is an apparatus and method for irrigating a tree or plant with fluids. The apparatus comprises of a pipe whose one end is attached to one end of an on/off stopper. The other end of the stopper is attached to the bottom of a cylindrical shaped section of a container. The container also includes a wedge shaped section with a slot running along one edge. The container and pipe are attached to the tree or plant using two or more attaching devices, which could be double sided Velcro® strips or plastic ties looped through the slot. The pipe could be a transparent bendable plastic pipe, an opaque rigid plastic pipe, or a bendable plastic pipe within a pipe made of a plurality of rigid pieces that telescope within each other. The pipe, stopper, and container can be made of plastic, PVC, metal, or similar material.
