  • Publication number: 20250288304
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a physician controlled single hand operated handle system. The system includes a handle. The handle includes an actuator, a stem disposed within the actuator and longitudinally movable within the actuator, a sheath attached to the stem, and an elongate member extending through the sheath. The elongate member is longitudinally constrained by the actuator and rotatably constrained by the stem.

  • Publication number: 20230136733
Abstract: A medical device includes a handle that includes a first member and a second member. Outer and inner elongate members of the medical device project from a distal end of the first member. The first and second members move, such as rotationally or pivotably move, relative to each other to control relative longitudinal movement of the outer and inner elongate members.

  • Publication number: 20220395168
Abstract: A medical device includes a handle that includes a handle body longitudinally extending from a proximal end to a distal end; a distal connector configured to connect to a proximal end of an elongate outer member; a lumen longitudinally extending through the handle body, the lumen configured to have an elongate inner member movably disposed therein, and to permit the elongate inner member to distally extend past the distal end to within the elongate outer member and to proximally extend past the proximal end; and an inner member controller configured to longitudinally move relative to the handle body to control movement of the elongate inner member relative to the elongate outer member. The handle may be a distal handle of the medical device, which further includes a proximal handle. Both handles may control movement of the elongate inner and outer members.
