Abstract: A corrugated cardboard (1) comprising a first and second flat pretreated linerboard (2, 3) with therebetween an arranged corrugated flute (4) having an internal flute material (6) and an A- and B-surface (5a, 5b). The corrugated flute (4) comprises peaks (7a, 7B) and valleys (8a, 8b) arranged opposite each other. The linerboards (2, 3) comprises an inner surface (9a, 9b) and an opposite outer surface (10a, 10b). The inner surfaces (9a, 9b) welds against the peaks (7a, 7b) with an adhesive being a polymeric coating (11a, 11b) which the inner surfaces (9a, 9b) are pretreated with. The peaks (7a, 7b) comprises bending zones (12a, 12b) with surface openings (13) which the polymeric coatings (11a, 11b) adheres around as well as against the internal flute material (6) exposed in the surface openings (13).

Abstract: A laminated packaging material for packaging of liquid food products, a respective manufacturing method and a packaging container are provided. The laminated packaging material comprises a bulk layer of paper or paperboard or other cellulose-based material, a first outermost liquid tight layer, a second innermost liquid tight layer and a non-metal barrier film or sheet being laminated between the bulk layer and the second, innermost liquid tight layer, wherein the bulk layer and the barrier film or sheet together form a main layer. The main layer is provided with at least one slit being covered at least by the second innermost liquid tight layer.

Abstract: A package is provided, comprising a packaging material having a bulk layer and being formed into a three-dimensional container by folding the packaging material along predefined crease lines thus forming a fracture along the crease lines. At least one of the crease lines forms a hinge mechanism having a single axis of rotation.
