In addition, a composition including gelsolin as an effective ingredient for inducing differentiation into a dendritic cell and a method of inducing differentiation into a dendritic cell by treating an immature dendritic cell with gelsolin are also disclosed. Further, a dendritic cell differentiated by using the method of inducing differentiation into the dendritic cell and a vaccine composition including the dendritic cell as an effective ingredient for treating cancer or an immune-mediated disease are disclosed.
