  • Publication number: 20220380214
Abstract: The disclosure relates to a method for preparing a 3D sponge structured carbonitride coated VSe2 composite (3D-VSe2@CN), belonging to the technical fields of electrode materials and preparation of batteries. In the disclosure, carbon, nitrogen and VSe2 are composited by using NaCl as a template so as to construct a 3D sponge structured carbonitride coated VSe2 composite. The 3D sponge structure can increase the structure stability of the material in the cyclic process, and the carbocanitride can increase the electron conductivity and activity sites of the material, so as to allow easier diffusion of potassium ions. Meanwhile, the stable structure can cause the clustering of VSe2 all the time. Thus, the prepared composite has good and stable rate capability and cycle stability. The process method is simple, low in cost, environmental-friendly, and suitable for large-scale industrial production.

  • Publication number: 20220376230
Abstract: The disclosure relates to a Fe3C-doped graded porous carbon polymer potassium ion anode material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. In the method, previously prepared Fe2O3 is added into phenylamine, pyrrole, thiophene and cellulose acetate solutions, the above mixture is evaporated at the low temperature of 65-100° C., and then the evaporated product is calcinated to obtain a potassium battery anode material. This material consists of carbon nano sheets having different pore diameters, and has a graded porous structure of micropores, mesopores and macropores. Physical characterization results show that this material has the characteristics of large interlayer spacing, high specific surface area, rich defects and the like; electrochemical testing results show that this material has high reversible capacity and excellent cycle stability and rate performance.

  • Patent number: 10955956
Abstract: An electronic device includes a display and an input region separate from the display. The device detects a first portion of a first input on the input region. In response to detecting the first portion of the first input: if the first portion of the first input meets first criteria that do not require a characteristic intensity of the first input to increase above a first intensity threshold in order to be met, the device displays a precursor object of a user interface object that includes one or more selectable options. While displaying the precursor object, a second portion of the first input is detected on the input region, wherein an intensity of the first input increases above the first intensity threshold. In response to detecting the increase in intensity, the device reveals the user interface object by an amount that varies with a current intensity of the first input.

  • Patent number: 10811561
Abstract: In an ultraviolet LED chip, an epitaxial structure can be isolated into two insulated structures, i.e. a first and a second epitaxial structures by growing the epitaxial structure on a surface of a substrate, and arranging an insulating layer and a groove contacting layer in the middle of the epitaxial structure. The N-type AlGaN layer is stretched out through the groove contacting layer. In the ultraviolet LED chip, through the cooperation among the N electrode, P electrode and intermediate electrode on the base plate along with the first and second epitaxial structures, an LED and an ESD are formed respectively. The ESD is connect to the ends of LED in anti-parallel for providing an electrostatic discharging channel, so as to reduce the direct damage of the ultraviolet LED chip caused by electrostatic discharging, and increase a forward voltage of the LED and the antistatic intensity.
