    Abstract: A door lock includes a lock with a latch. An inside face plate and an outside face plate of the door lock are respectively mounted to an inside plate and an outside plate of the door lock. A washer plate is sandwiched between the inside face plate and the outside face plate. An inside cylinder and an outside cylinder are connected between the inside plate and the outside plate. An inside collar is connected between the inside face plate and the inside cylinder, and an outside collar is connected between the outside face plate and the outside cylinder. When the door lock is set in ready-to-open mold, the door can be opened by either rotating the shafts or the door handle by one hand. When the door lock is set in locked mold, the door cannot be opened by simply rotating the door handle.

    Abstract: A door hinge assembly includes a first part with a first knuckle, a second part with a second knuckle, and a pin. The pin pivotably extends through the first knuckle and fixedly extends through the second knuckle. A first adjustment member threadedly connected to the first inner threaded portion in the first knuckle to move the pin and the second part up and down. A sleeve is mounted to the second knuckle and has a slot in which the second leaf is inserted. The first part has an index area which is located corresponding to the lower end of the sleeve to indicate the axial distance that the door hinge assembly is made. A cover unit is connected to the second leaf. A second adjustment member threadedly extends through the second leaf and adjusts the door hinge assembly back and forth.

    Abstract: A door lock with an improved structure is disclosed. It has a turning device that includes a positioning base. The positioning base is mounted with a circular spacer with a lock control device therein. A connecting shaft for driving the lock control device is provided with a limiting element that has a protruded stopping part at its end. The lock has a lock core whose one end allows the insertion and turning of a key. Its other end is connected with the connecting shaft and has grooves, so that the stopping part of the limiting element blocks the lock core when the door is locked.

    Abstract: A latch assembly for a door includes a housing composed of a base and a cover. A drive knob, two links, two hooks, two adjusting members, and two torsion springs are connected between the base and the cover. The drive knob includes a drive surface that is engaged with a straight inside portion of a through hole of the links. One of the two links is pivotably connected to an adjusting portion of the other link and retaining slot of one of the two hooks. The other link has a positioning portion that is pivotably connected to the retaining slot of the other hook. When the drive knob is rotated in a particular direction (typically counterclockwise), the two links are pivoted in opposite directions and the two hooks are pivoted in two opposite directions and extend through apertures in the first outer surface of the base to hook a keeper structure and secure the door.

    Abstract: A latch assembly connected to a lock face of a sliding door includes two hooks which are connected to two activation plates respectively. Two rotation gears each have teeth engaged with the activation plates which are moved to pivot the two hooks when the two gears are rotated. A safety member is biased by a spring and includes a contact pin which movably extends through the lock face on the sliding door so that the safety member is pushed when the contact pin is pushed by a fixed door when the sliding door is in close position. The safety member further has an engaging pin which is removably engaged with the recess of the activation plate so that when the sliding door is in open position, the activation plate cannot be moved and the hooks are remained in the sliding door.

One of the two links is pivotably connected to an adjusting portion of the other link and retaining slot of one of the two hooks. The other link has its positioning portion pivotably connected to the retaining slot 502 of the other hook. By the arrangement, when rotating the driving knob counter clockwise, the two links are pivoted in opposite directions and the two hooks are pivoted in two opposite directions and extend through apertures in the top surface of the base to hook the keeper structure in the jamb or the fixed door.
