  • Publication number: 20250149210
Abstract: A high-power thin film resistor includes a substrate, a resistance layer, an internal electrode layer, a passivation layer and a thermal conductive layer. The resistance layer is disposed on the substrate, and the internal electrode layer has a middle internal electrode area and two terminal internal electrode areas. The resistance layer is divided into a middle resistance area and two terminal resistance areas by the middle internal electrode area and the two terminal internal electrode areas. The passivation layer covers portions of the resistance layer and the internal electrode layer. The thermal conductive layer is disposed on the passivation layer, wherein the thermal conductive layer has two thermal conductors and a gap between the two thermal conductors. The middle internal resistance area and the two terminal resistance areas form a series resistance, and the two terminal resistance areas have the same resistance value.

  • Publication number: 20210225190
Abstract: An interactive education system includes a storage, an output device, a processor, an input device and a recognition device. The processor controls the output device to produce voice based on a hint on a target answer stored in the storage. The recognition device generates a response through performing speech recognition on input data generated by the input device from voice of a user. The processor controls the output device to produce voice based on whether the response matches the target answer or any relevant characteristic. Depending on a count of consecutive occurrences of a failed event, the processor controls the output device to produce voice based on another hint or the target answer.

  • Patent number: 8468489
Abstract: A computer aided design system comprises a dividing module, a storage, an interface creating module, a selecting module, and a display module. The dividing module divides the names into groups according to a predetermined rule. The group comprises a plurality of the targets set on the different layers. The storage records the relationship between the groups and the targets. The interface creating module creates a user interface base on the groups and selects at least one group in the same user interface from the operation of the user. The selecting module selects targets according to the selected groups. The display module displays the selected targets.

  • Patent number: 7138041
Abstract: An electrochemical biosensor formed by screen printing and method of fabricating such biosensor is disclosed in the present invention. The biosensor can quickly absorb a sample to be measured therein, effectively control volume of the sample fed and “fill-and-position” the sample therein. The biosensor includes an electrode layer (electrode area) comprising two or three electrodes, which are a working electrode, a reference electrode and an auxiliary electrode (tri-electrode) on an insulating substrate. An active reaction layer containing reactant, reaction catalyst, mediator, wetting agent and surfactant is spread on the surface of the electrode layer. A sample inflow area is formed above the electrode area by adding an upper cover on top of a middle insulating layer with a U-shaped opening formed therein. Sample solution with a minute amount about 0.
