The projection has a recess configured for clamping the panel to a second neighboring panel using a fastener such that the panel is supported by the second neighboring panel for reduced buckling under downward load. A modular panel system includes first and second mutually juxtaposed panels, each supported by purlins of a building structure extending along a width of the panels. The second panel has an undercut extending along a length of the panel on a distal side thereof. The first panel has an integral wing-type female coupler extending along a length of the first panel and overlaying an upward projection of the second panel, to which it is secured using fasteners and bolts.

Abstract: A retention clip for use with a panel system has a base plate having a pair of opposing flanges at least one of which is configured for attaching to a support structure. An upright extends between the base plate and a top plate having a pair of opposing flanges and defines opposing first and second surfaces that in use are dimensioned to engage opposing first and second ends of a pair of first and second adjacent panels. At least the first surface supports a spacer element that is configured to prevent mutual abutment of opposing ends of the first and second panels at least during construction of the panel system.

Abstract: A sprinkler comprising a housing fitted with an inlet port connectable to a water supply line and extending into an inlet chamber, a hollow stem member with an inlet end thereof being in flow communication with said inlet chamber and an outlet end thereof being in flow communication with an irrigation head, a diaphragm seal sealingly fixed at peripheral boundaries thereof to the housing and sealingly articulated to the stem member and supporting it at an essentially upright position. The diaphragm is deformable between a first position in which the irrigation head is retracted within the housing and a second position in which the irrigation head projects from the housing. The sprinkler comprising at least one guard portion adapted to prevent insects and undesirable material from entering the sprinkler housing during said second position.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a drip chamber for an intravenous infusion set. The invention also relates to a method of making drip chambers, and further, to an intravenous infusion set including a drip chamber. The invention is provided with a drip chamber comprising a housing defining a chamber to be located in a vertical position and including an inlet at the top and an outlet at the bottom; a first hydrophilic filter covering the outlet effective, when wet, to permit the flow therethrough of a liquid and to block the flow therethrough of air; and a second hydrophilic filter covering the inlet also effective, when wet, to permit the flow therethrough of a liquid and to block the flow therethrough of air.
