  • Patent number: 11267701
Abstract: A catalytic device includes a hollow body, a piston housed in the hollow body, a catalyst of a gas generation reaction based on bringing a reactive liquid into contact with the catalyst, the catalyst being housed in a catalysis chamber, the piston and the hollow body defining a hermetic compression chamber for containing a compressible fluid, and being mobile relative to one another between a closed position in which the catalysis chamber is tight to the reactive liquid, and an open position for the entry of the reactive liquid into the catalysis chamber. The catalytic device is conformed to switch from the open position to the closed position, respectively from the closed position to the open position, when the compressible fluid is contained in the compression chamber and a force applied to the piston is greater than or equal to, respectively less than, a closure force.

  • Publication number: 20200290002
Abstract: Useful apparatus for generating a gas, comprising an enclosure defining an internal space for containing a liquid capable of generating the gas by coming into contact with a catalyst, a catalytic system comprising first and second parts that together define a catalysis chamber for containing the catalyst and that are movable relative to each other between a closed position, in which the catalysis chamber is isolated from the internal space, and an open position, in which the catalysis chamber is in fluid communication with the internal space, so that, when the liquid and the catalyst are respectively contained in the internal space and in the catalysis chamber, in the open position, the liquid enters the catalysis chamber and the gas is generated by bringing the liquid into contact with the catalyst, an actuator connected to the catalytic system and configured to place the catalytic system in the open position and/or in the closed position, and a command unit for commanding the actuator.

  • Patent number: 10141597
Abstract: A bipolar battery having at least two electrochemical cells stacked one on top of the other, the bipolar collector including, at the periphery of same, on one of the faces of same, at least one first sealing device including one frame made from an electrically insulating and thermosensitive material, and two adhesive frames arranged individually to either side of the thermosensitive frame, the first or the second adjacent collector also including, at the periphery of same, on the covered face of same, at least one second sealing device including a frame made from an electrically insulating and thermosensitive material, and two adhesive frames arranged individually to either side of the thermosensitive frame, the first and second devices each forming a peripheral wall sealed to the electrolyte of the first or second cell, which surrounds same.

  • Patent number: 9136557
Abstract: A semi-automatic method for making a Li-ion electrochemical accumulator according to which a continuous electrolytic separator strip is automatically wound on two-sided electrodes manually and alternately stacked according to their polarity. By the method, it is not necessary to assemble or manually cut out each electrolytic separator inserted between two adjacent electrodes in the stack and of opposite polarity.
