The blade (3) comprises at least one opening (9) which is configured such as to be aligned with at least one bone anchor hole (5) provided on a second part (7) of the bone plate (2) when the blade (3) is fully inserted into said through hole (8), such that the bone anchor (4) may be inserted through said bone anchor hole (5) and said opening (9).
