    Abstract: A tethered ball rotationally mounted such that upon rotation of a handle mounted wand from which the tethered ball dangles, centrifugal motion raises the ball to a position of delivery to a batter to swing at the ball. The wand is an L-shaped spring steel rod rotatably mounted in the handle. The rod extends into, and is secured to, a braided cord to which the ball is tethered.
