    Abstract: Methods and systems for monitoring multiple services provided via multiple systems. Status information for each of the multiple services is received. Status information comprises information about delivery of information technology, voice, data, or Internet service to multiple locations. The status information is assembled into a portal that when displayed provides a concurrent view of the status information for at least some of the multiple services. The portal is updated with status information based on receiving periodic status updates to the status information for each of the multiple systems. The status information from each of the multiple services is monitored to provide diagnostics through the portal pertaining to each of the multiple systems. Additionally, based on receiving notice of an error, tests may be run to identify the nature and extent of an anomaly or error.
