  • Patent number: 12139035
Abstract: A system and method for charging a plug-in electric vehicle are disclosed. The system includes a plug-in electric vehicle having a frame, a rechargeable battery pack, a vehicle inlet, a positioning module, and a first communication module; and a battery charging station having a plurality of connectors, an actuation mechanism, and a second communication module. The battery charging station is in operative communication with the PEV, can anticipate an arrival of the PEV, and can ready a connector corresponding to the PEV's vehicle inlet type. The method includes monitoring one or more characterising parameters of a PEV, determining that the PEV needs charging, routing the PEV to a battery charging station, transmitting forecasting information and an identity of the PEV to the battery charging station, and charging the PEV at the battery charging station.

  • Patent number: 11003628
Abstract: A variable driven, customizable data management system creates a descendent child module controllable by parameters set through action of a precedently operated architecture input module. Customizable child modules are expediently creatable to enable management of complex and disparate data sets per the requirements of particular end-users. Source files of varying file-types are determinable over network and data is extractable and pulled to populate a plurality of containers operative in the child module. Edits made to data displayed as part of the child module may be pushed over network to overwrite source files as amended. Complex data sets are thus collatable from disparate locations, over network, between partitions, even across platforms, whereby pulled data is rendered interactive for end-user control, despite local and root disunity, and displayed for interaction at a single instance.

  • Publication number: 20200281528
Abstract: A method for diagnosing a disease, disease state, or disease stage of a user is described herein. Goggles are providing having a radiation source, a radiation sensor, and a microcontroller. The goggle are assembled about a user's head. Optical data is collected from the user's eye, where the optical data includes at least two of the following: a) a wavefront of reflected radiation from the user's eye; b) a spectrum of reflected radiation from the user' eye; and c) one or more wavelengths of reflected to radiation from the user's eye. A statistical match between the user's optical data and a historical user's optical data is determined. A diagnoses of a disease, disease state, or disease stage of the user is determined based on a diagnosed disease, disease state, or disease stage of the historical user.

  • Patent number: 10694995
Abstract: A diagnostic eye goggle system is described herein. The diagnostic eye goggle system includes goggles having a radiation source, a radiation sensor, optical elements, and a microcontroller for acquiring optical data from a user's eye including, but not limited to, wavefront data, spectral data, and frequency-shifted wavelength data. An external master database stores historical user data from previous users of the diagnostic eye goggle system. A transceiver disposed in the goggles provides a datalink between the acquired optical data and the external master database. A diagnostic software module cross-correlates the acquired optical data with the historical data to provide a diagnosis of a disease state of the user. The goggles further provide lens-correcting instructions or suggestions to a user or health care provider based on the acquired wavefront data.

  • Publication number: 20090094271
Abstract: A method and system for the management and display of information in a graphical user interface (GUI). Key data fields are configured, including a primary key data field and secondary key data fields, which are associated with the primary key data field. The data fields are configured using configuration variables and the data fields are populated with data field values. Information is displayed to a user in the GUI that includes secondary key data field values in a skewable display tree. Selection of a database record, identified by the value of the primary key data field, through the display tree generates a display of additional data field values that are associated with the selected database record, including text boxes for editing data field values by the user. Searching and reporting functions on the data field values under the primary key data field can also be provided.

  • Patent number: 5613082
Abstract: A data storage system includes a data storage medium, such as a magnetic tape, that has a first control data storing area or drive partition that is addressable only by a peripheral drive mounting the medium and a plurality of other addressable data storing partitions for storing data. A volume table of contents may be stored in one of the addressable partitions. A tachometer measures and indicates physical locations on the storage medium. Each of the partitions have an extent on the storage medium indicated by said physical locations. The control data in the drive partition includes directories of medium control blocks, such as tape marks, defect marks and the like; directory of all addressable partitions including the physical locations at the beginning of each partitions and other medium physical and logical parameter data. A so-called mount-demount medium control block in the drive partition indicates a demount status that shows all data stored in the drive partition is valid.
