  • Publication number: 20040220820
Abstract: A method and system for creating and managing future real estate agreements. The present method and system facilitate payment of a referral fee to a real estate service provider, such as a developer or builder, based on a future real estate agreement. The system and method may be embodied in a computer system, e.g., Future Realty System 200. The Future Realty System 200 allows electronic records describing the future real estate agreements to be created and stored in a relational database, e.g., Future Realty Database 210. The Future Realty System 200 and Database 210 are adapted to receive and monitor information regarding proposed, pending and closed real estate transactions to determine when an obligation under a future real estate agreement becomes due.

  • Patent number: 4852993
Abstract: ORI-inhibited and deposit-resistant motor fuel composition comprises a mixture of hydrocarbons boiling in the range of 90.degree. F.-450.degree. F. and (I) the reaction product of a dibasic acid anhydride, a polyoxyalkylene diamine, and a hydrocarbyl polyamine; and (II) a mixture comprising polyisobutylene ethylene diamine and polyisobutylene in a hydrocarbon solvent. Motor fuel compositions of the instant invention show improved ORI control and valve deposit control in comparison with typical commercial fuel compositions.

  • Patent number: 4810261
Abstract: A novel gasoline-soluble reaction product, a concentrate comprising the reaction product dissolved in a hydrocarbon solvent, and a haze-free, deposit-resistant and ORI-inhibited motor fuel composition comprising the reaction product is described. The reaction product is obtained by reacting a dibasic acid anhydride, a novel diamine containing block copolymers with polyoxyalkylene backbones, and a hydrocarbyl polyamine. Motor fuel compositions containing the reaction product additive of the instant invention are haze-free and show improved deposit-resistance and ORI control in comparison with motor fuels without the reaction product. Motor fuel compositions of the instant invention may optionally comprise a polyolefin polymer/copolymer component having a molecular weight range of about 500-3500.

  • Patent number: 4747851
Abstract: A novel gasoline-soluble polyoxyalkylene diamine compound, a concentrate comprising the compound dissolved in a hydrocarbon solvent, and a haze-free, deposit-resistant and ORI-inhibited motor fuel composition comprising the compound is described. Motor fuel compositions comprising the novel polyoxyalkylene diamine compound of the instant invention are haze-free and show improved ORI control and carbonaceous deposit inhibition in comparison with conventional motor fuels. Motor fuel compositions of the instant invention may optionally comprise a polyolefin polymer/copolymer component having a molecular weight range of about 500-3500.

  • Patent number: 4659336
Abstract: A motor fuel composition comprising a mixture of hydrocarbons in the gasoline boiling range containing in combination a reaction product component and a polyolefin polymer/copolymer component is described. The reaction product component is the reaction product of maleic anhydride, a polyether polyamine, and a hydrocarbyl polyamine. The polyolefin polymer/copolymer component is the polymer, copolymer, or corresponding hydrogenated polymer or copolymer of a C.sub.2 -C.sub.6 unsaturated hydrocarbon, said polymer or copolymer having a molecular weight in the range of 500-3500, preferably 650-2600.

  • Patent number: 4600562
Abstract: A filter for treating a particulate containing exhaust gas stream being discharged from an internal combustion engine. The filter includes a compressible bed through which the exhaust gas flows, said bed being comprised of a mass of randomly disposed metallic fibers which define particulate retaining flow passages. The bed is formed with at least one segment being compressed to a greater density than other similar segments whereby to effect a desired gas flow path through the respective bed segments, and a more uniform distribution.

  • Patent number: 4592899
Abstract: Filter for removing combustible particulate matter from a diesel exhaust gas stream, prior to said stream being discharged into the atmosphere. The filter includes a reinforced bed formed of a frangible filter media comprised of a mass of randomly disposed fibers. The fibrous mass is provided with a bed support member that affords the fibrous mass added physical strength, but also serves to direct hotter exhaust gases toward the peripheral cover parts of the filter casing.
