Patent number: 11427111Abstract: A latch assembly for a sliding seat includes a handle and a latch body fixed to the handle. The latch body is securable pivotally to one of an upper rail and a lower rail of the sliding seat. The latch body is pivotable via the handle between a locked position and an unlocked position. The latch body includes teeth openings arranged along a lengthwise dimension, where the teeth openings sequentially decrease in size. The assembly essentially eliminates problems associated with skip-locking and chucking in existing designs.Type: GrantFiled: April 9, 2021Date of Patent: August 30, 2022Assignee: Lippert Components, Inc.Inventor: Michael Duke

Patent number: 11419369Abstract: The insect protective garment system is formed as an elastic mesh structure. The elastic mesh structure of the insect protective garment system forms a fluid permeable barrier around a wearer. The elastic mesh structure of the insect protective garment system forms a barrier structure that prevents an insect from directly contacting the skin of the wearer. The insect protective garment system comprises a plurality of tubular textiles, a plurality of gussets, a plurality of gusset seams, a plurality of seams, a plurality of openings, and a plurality of slits. The plurality of slits are cut in the plurality of tubular textiles. The plurality of openings are formed in the plurality of tubular textiles. The plurality of gussets, the plurality of gusset seams, and the plurality of seams assemble the plurality of tubular textiles into a shirt, pants, and a hood that protect the wearer from an insect.Type: GrantFiled: March 20, 2018Date of Patent: August 23, 2022Inventor: Michael Duke

Publication number: 20210390806Abstract: A facial recognition security assembly includes a first video camera and a second video camera that are positioned within a business to capture footage of people entering the business. A door locking unit is coupled to a door in the entrance of the business to selectively lock the door. A cash register locking unit is coupled to a cash register in the business to lock the cash register. A facial recognition unit is provided to analyze the footage from the first video camera and the second video camera. The door locking unit locks the door when the facial recognition unit determines that a person approaching the entrance of the business is attempting to conceal their face. Additionally, the cash register locking unit locks the cash register when the facial recognition unit determines that a person approaching the cash register is attempting to conceal their face after entering the business.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 15, 2020Publication date: December 16, 2021Inventor: Michael Duke

Patent number: 8788988Abstract: Techniques and structures relating to consistency management for fabrication data are disclosed. A plurality of data sources may contain different values for a variety of design parameters usable by electronic circuit design tools to physically lay out at least a portion of an integrated circuit (such as minimum spacing rules, etc.). By seeking to detect different parameter values and/or parameter values that fail to meet a confidence threshold, potential errors may be uncovered at an earlier stage of the design process. Error detection may occur in response to a request to a database, or as part of a consistency check. Different file formats for different design tools may be imported into a central database to facilitate system operation, and an application programming interface may be used to acquire or calculate data values and perform checks in some embodiments.Type: GrantFiled: October 31, 2011Date of Patent: July 22, 2014Assignee: Apple Inc.Inventors: Jeffrey B. Publication number: 20050210268Abstract: The present invention provides an Internet based system and method for monitoring the location of a subject at any time via telephone voice verification. The system and method enables an agency officer to enroll a subject's profile into a computerized system. The subject then responds to a series of verbally answered questions, the responses to which are utilized to establish a voice signature for the subject. Subsequently, the system and method automatically and periodically contacts the subject at pre-determined locations at pre-determined times to verify the subject's actual presence at the locations via voice verification software. The present invention also enables the agency officer to monitor and review compliance efforts implemented by the Internet based system while also providing notifications of non-compliance by the subject to the agency officer under criteria previously established by the officer.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 20, 2004Publication date: September 22, 2005Applicant: T-Netix, Inc.Inventors: Michael Duke, Rainer Rothacker, Carol Webb

Patent number: 6332032Abstract: A graphical bitmap image of a scanned test pattern drawing is transformed into a test file in a file format that is readily usable to provide stimuli for computer-aided design (CAD) tools or integrated circuit (IC) testing equipment. A bitmap image of each page of the test pattern drawing is produced as a graphical image of the rows and columns of test pattern data. Non-essential drawing symbols are then removed from the bitmap image, such as the lines used to draw the table. Essential test pattern information is recognized and is converted into a machine readable format by first storing the data in a tabular format having rows and columns which correspond to the rows and columns of the test pattern drawing. The stored test pattern data is then integrated with a machine readable file format which is adaptable to the CAD and IC tool in order to produce the machine readable test file.Type: GrantFiled: December 3, 1998Date of Patent: December 18, 2001Assignee: The United States of America as represented by the Secretary of the ArmyInventors: Gerald T.
