    Abstract: The present application at least describes a non-transitory computer readable medium including program instructions capable of being executed by a processor. The program instructions upon execution by the processor may cause the processor to detect a first group of radio resources on a first apparatus. Another program instruction may include detecting a second group of radio resources on a second apparatus. Even another program instruction may include determining capacity information of each radio resource in the first and second groups. Yet even another program instruction may include selecting a dedicated radio resource from the determined capacity information of the radio resources in the first and second groups. Even a further program instruction may include controlling the dedicated radio resource to communicate with a third apparatus.

The instrument cluster assembly includes at least one fastener integrated into the back cover, a first recessed portion formed as part of the back cover, and a separation wall formed as part of the back cover in proximity to the first recessed portion. A first mounting aperture is formed as part of the separation wall, and the integrated fastener attached to the back cover and located in the first mounting aperture when the integrated fastener is in a first configuration. The integrated fastener is detached from the back cover and rotated such that the integrated fastener is placed in a second configuration, securing the front cover to the back cover.
