Abstract: A wearable device for projecting image light to an eye of a viewer and forming an image of virtual content in an augmented reality display is provided. The wearable device includes a projector and stack of waveguides optically connected to the projector. The wearable device also includes an eye tracking system comprising a plurality of illumination sources, an optical element having optical power, and a set of cameras. The optical element is disposed between the plurality of illumination sources and the set of cameras. In some embodiments, the augmented reality display includes an eyepiece operable to output virtual content from an output region and a plurality of illumination sources. At least some of the plurality of illumination sources overlap with the output region.

Abstract: Vehicle shelf systems having indicators thereon for improving loading and delivery efficiency. Items are scanned for loading, and the indicators on the vehicle shelves identify where to place the item based on the sequence of the delivery point along the delivery route. A mobile computing device alerts a delivery carrier when the delivery vehicle is in proximity to a delivery point when an item is to be delivered.

Abstract: Semiconductor processing systems and system components are described for mitigating lid heating of a plasma processing chamber. One system includes a plasma-based processing chamber enclosing a processing region, the processing chamber comprising a first portion including sidewalls and a bottom and a second portion including a chamber lid; a substate support within the processing chamber and configured to retain a first substrate in the processing region of the chamber; an inductively coupled plasma source configured to direct RF energy into the chamber; a conductive structure proximate to the chamber lid on an exterior side of the processing chamber; and a power source configured to apply a negative charge to the conductive structure that generates an electric field through the chamber lid, the electric filed providing repulsion force to incident electrons.

Abstract: When generating a sequence of render outputs using a graphics processor, the completion status of rendering tasks from different render outputs is tracked so that processing tasks for later render outputs in the sequence of outputs can be processed concurrently with processing tasks for earlier render outputs in the sequence of outputs whilst ensuring that any dependencies between the rendering tasks for the different render outputs are enforced.

Abstract: A device implementing a system for sharing groups of files within a messaging application includes a processor configured to provide, within the messaging application, a user interface element for sending at least one file to a participant in an active message thread of the messaging application, the at least one file having been determined to be relevant to the participant. The processor is further configured to, responsive to receiving a selection of the user interface element: transmit, to a server, a request to store the at least one file in association with a shared storage area, and to transmit, via the messaging application, a message to the participant in the active message thread, the message comprising information for accessing the at least one file associated with the shared storage area.

Abstract: The present application is directed to a method and system for restraining a patient before, during, or after surgery that increases efficiency of the surgical setup process and minimizes risk of musculoskeletal damage to the patient, particularly in surgeries requiring a patient to be in a Trendelenburg position (e.g., robotic or laparoscopic surgeries). One or more restraints can be worn by a patient prior to surgery', and may function to redistribute the patient's weight across the patient's torso to reduce strain on the patient's shoulders and back. The restraint(s) can be attached to a surgical table by way of an attachment mechanism coupled to the restraint(s) and the table. The attachment mechanism can secure the patient to the table by way of one or more straps, clips, and/or other intermediates. Optionally, the restraint(s) can fulfill other surgical needs, such as heat regulation and vascular compression.

Abstract: Surgical systems, computer-implemented methods, and software programs for generating a milling path for a bone. The implementations involve obtaining a virtual model of the bone, a resection volume defined relative to the virtual model of the bone, and a reference guide defined with respect to the resection volume. Section planes are successively arranged along the reference guide, and each section plane intersects the reference guide and intersects the resection volume. A section path is generated within each section plane and is defined relative to the resection volume. Transition segments are generated to connect section paths of section planes. The milling path is then generated by combining the section paths and the transition segments.
