  • Publication number: 20240168989
Abstract: The technology relates to selecting and displaying images captured at different points in time. As an example, a user of a computing device may view a first street level image as viewed from a particular location and oriented in a particular direction. The user may select other time periods for which similar images are available. Upon selecting a particular time period, a second street level image may be displayed concurrently with the first street level image, wherein the second street level image was captured on or around the selected time period. If the user changes the perspective of the first image an automatic change in perspective of the second image may occur.

  • Patent number: 11991172
Abstract: A double anti-phish, personalized, security token for use with electronic communications is provided. The security token may be embedded in each electronic communication transmitted from an entity to a recipient. A first part of the token may be embedded in a body of the communication. A second part of the token may be embedded in a header of the communication. The second part of the security token may validate that the electronic communication is indeed from the entity. Upon validation, the second part may instruct the first part to display a validation symbol. Upon failure to validate, the second part may instruct the first part to display an alert symbol. The recipient receiving the electronic communication may use the first part of the validation symbol as a visual aid to determine a level of confidence of whether the electronic communication has been validated as being transmitted by the entity.

  • Patent number: 11989839
Abstract: A method including executing a logical computing element (LCE) on a server. Worker LCEs are executed on the server. A first electronic file comprising geometry data in a first data structure is received at the controller LCE. An available worker LCE is identified, by the controller LCE, as an in-use worker LCE from among the worker LCEs. The geometry data is imported by the in-use worker LCE. A job instance is established by the in-use worker LCE. A rendering engine is launched by the in-use worker LCE. The rendering engine generates, for the job instance and using the geometry data, a dataset file in a second data structure different than the first data structure. The dataset file is returned by the in-use worker LCE to the controller LCE. The dataset file is returned by the controller LCE to a remote computer.

  • Patent number: 11936708
Abstract: Techniques for serving a manifest file of an adaptive streaming video include receiving a request for the manifest file from a user device. The video is encoded at different reference bitrates and each encoded reference bitrate is divided into segments to generate video segment files. The manifest file includes an ordered list of universal resource locators (URLs) that reference a set of video segment files encoded at a particular reference bitrate. A source manifest file that indicates the set of video segment files is identified based on the request. An issued manifest file that includes a first URL and a second URL is generated based on the source manifest file. The first URL references a first domain and the second URL references a second domain that is different from the first domain. The issued manifest file is transmitted to the user device as a response to the request.

  • Publication number: 20240085374
Abstract: A photoionization sensor assembly includes a housing defining a chamber with a first end and an opposing second end and being permeable to the analyte gas and non-analyte gases. A radiation source is structured to emit photons into the chamber. A first, second and third electrode are positioned in the chamber. The photons ionize the analyte gas, are insufficient to ionize the non-analyte gases, and causing ejection of photoelectrons from the third electrode. A controller is structured to receive a measurement of a total pressure and electrically bias the electrodes to collect the photoelectrons on the first and second electrodes in a ratio dependent on the total pressure. The controller is structured to determine the ratio of photoelectrons that are collected on the first and second electrodes at the total pressure and determine an amount of electrical current due to ionization by correcting the measured current using the determined ratio.
