  • Publication number: 20240250995
Abstract: A system and method for cybersecurity reconnaissance, analysis, and scoring that uses distributed, cloud-based computing services to provide sufficient scalability for analysis of enterprise IT networks using only publicly available characterizations. The system and method comprise an in-memory associative array which manages a queue of vulnerability search tasks through a public-facing proxy network. The public-facing proxy network has search nodes configurable to present the network to search tools in a desired manner to control certain aspects of the search to obtain the desired results. A distributed data processing engine and cloud-based storage are used to provide scalable computing power and storage. Each of the cloud-based computing services is containerized and orchestrated for management and efficient scaling purposes.

  • Publication number: 20240251115
Abstract: A method of communicating an alert includes: encoding data received from a plurality of sources by a central content controller (CCC) and determining existence of one or more alerts. If no alerts exist, the encoded data is assigned as streams to subchannels. For existing alerts, a market area (MA) is determined and the alert is assigned as a stream to a data subchannel and the encoded data is assigned as streams to remaining subchannels. For each MA without an applicable alert, the encoded data is assigned as streams to the subchannels. The assigned data is transmitted to regional controllers (RCs) for broadcasting to the associated MAs.

  • Publication number: 20240249311
Abstract: The present disclosure involves systems, software, and computer implemented methods for automatically providing a lending offer for loyalty points based on a customer account analysis. One example method includes initiating an offer analysis for a customer account associated with a particular customer and storing an account balance and a point deficit balance. The offer analysis determines whether to provide an offer for a point loan, and is based on profile information of the customer, a current point balance, and a reward identified from the loyalty account. If an offer is to be provided, an offer for a loan of points equal to the difference between the current point balance of a loyalty account and the point value cost of the reward is transmitted to a client device of the customer. If accepted, the current point balance and the point deficit are both incremented by the amount of the offer.

  • Patent number: 12045261
Abstract: The present invention provides a method including receiving a data set for an entity including data associated with criterions. Each of the data entries is grouped into a grouping. Then generating an error probability for the grouping. The error probability includes an ensemble of algorithms that each provide an indication of a potential error within the grouping. Also, generating a flow metric for the grouping by evaluating a magnitude of values for the data entries of the grouping. Then determining a materiality factor for each grouping using the flow metric for the grouping, a planned materiality threshold, and a performance materiality and generating a risk of material error for the grouping using the error probability and the materiality factor of the grouping. Also, highlighting a grouping within the data set based on the risk of material error of the grouping.

  • Publication number: 20240242211
Abstract: Described is a method and system for automating financial regulatory compliance. The described subject generates a jurisdictional definition file based on a plurality of financial regulatory requirement for a plurality of countries. Responsive to receiving a transaction request, the method and system further generate a configurable transaction array for the transaction request that is a subset of the jurisdictional definition file based on a sender information and a receiver information. The jurisdiction logic system and method described above further maps the sender information and the receiver information into the configurable transaction array. Lastly, the jurisdiction logic system determines whether the transaction request will succeed or fail by using a decision tree that is populated by the configurable transaction array.
