  • Publication number: 20240135474
Abstract: Rental property management technology, in which reservation data is accessed on a rental property management server, and a request from a mobile device for an upcoming reservation at a property is detected. In response to detecting the request, the rental property management server confirms the upcoming reservation based on the accessed reservation data. In response to confirming the upcoming reservation, the reservation management server generates a unique access code. The rental property management server transmits the unique access code to the mobile device and to a monitoring system on the property. The rental property management server also transmits data to the monitoring system indicating that the unique access code grants access to the property.

  • Publication number: 20240054105
Abstract: A system for forensic file services is configured to receive data indicative of operations executed on a filesystem element stored on a computing resource associated with a first tenant, to and adjust the data according to an indicated database schema. The system is also configured to store the adjusted data in a record of a partition of a database, where the partition configured to store a history of operations executed on filesystem elements of computing resources associated with the first tenant. The system is further configured to receive a search request to search the database and to execute the search request on a second partition of the database to identify one or more matching records. The system is additionally configured to provide the identified records in response to the search request.

  • Publication number: 20230106956
Abstract: A system for building-specific multi-peril risk assessment and mitigation is disclosed. The system comprises a multi-peril hazard module, a processor, a database and a graphical network module. The multi-peril hazard module is configured to obtain hazard information and create a multi-peril event catalogue configured to generate intensity measures for multiple perils. The processor is configured to derive a peril vulnerability function and determine building-specific risk assessment results based on the hazard information and the peril vulnerability function. The database is configured to store the derived plurality of peril vulnerability functions. The graphical network module is configured to create probabilistic networks, wherein the probabilistic networks are connected to the determined building-specific risk assessment results of the peril vulnerability functions that have strong interdependencies and determine a multi-peril risk associated with the building.

  • Patent number: 11606252
Abstract: In general, techniques are described for remotely monitoring, controlling, and/or adjusting configuration settings related to network access points located within a rental property. In some implementations, rental data that indicates a property that has been rented for a specified rental period is received. Sensor data collected by one or more sensors of the property during the specified rental period is obtained. A current occupancy of the property during the specified rental period is determined from the sensor data. Network data indicating network activity over a network access point of the property is obtained during the specified rental period. The network access point is configured during the specified rental period based at least on the network activity indicated by the network data and the current occupancy determined for the property from the sensor data.

  • Patent number: 11533329
Abstract: The subject matter described herein includes methods, systems, and computer readable media for threat simulation and threat mitigation recommendations. A method for threat simulation and threat mitigation recommendations includes performing a first threat simulation using at least one attack vector, wherein performing the first threat simulation includes generating simulated network traffic associated with the at least one attack vector and sending, via at least one intermediate node, the simulated network traffic to a test agent in a target network, wherein the test agent is configured to simulate at least one protected asset in the target network; determining, using simulated network traffic arrival metrics, at least one threat mitigation recommendation; and providing, via a user interface, the at least one threat mitigation recommendation to a user.

  • Publication number: 20210232983
Abstract: In some implementations, a system is capable of generating and distributing access credentials to users that access a rental property for a limited time period. Users can be provided with access to the rental property through an application or webpage portal without creating a new user account or user login for the application. For example, a user can be granted access to control electronic devices associated with a monitoring system of a rental property without creating a new user account with the monitoring system. Techniques described herein enable such users to more easily access, for example, rental property information that is associated with a monitoring system of the rental property. In this manner, access credentials can be distributed to users through any suitable means, e.g., through email or SMS, and used to temporarily authenticate users.
