In some implementations, a first cluster of processing nodes is configured to run tenant computing environments on behalf of different tenants. A second cluster of processing nodes runs a deployment controller configured to manage and monitor tenant computing environments allocated for the first cluster of processing nodes. A pool of unassigned computing environments is hosted in the first cluster of processing nodes. After receiving a request for a new environment, the deployment controller running in the second cluster of processing nodes coordinates with one or more modules running in the first cluster of processing nodes to update and assign one of the previously unassigned computing environments to be used.

In one form, an expected response time target is determined based on a time interval between sending an agent response and receiving a customer response from a particular customer. In other forms, other objective factors, such as message intervals, customer properties, and message properties, are used to determine the expected response time target. In yet other forms, a customer conversation can be automatically closed if the customer does not respond within a predetermined maximum time interval.

Abstract: A gesture-based wake process for an AR system is described herein. The AR system places a hand-tracking input pipeline of the AR system in a suspended mode. A camera component of the hand-tracking input pipeline detects a possible visual wake command being made by a user of the AR system. On the basis of detecting the possible visual wake command, the AR system wakes the hand-tracking input pipeline and places the camera component in a fully operational mode. If the AR system, using the hand-tracking input pipeline, verifies the possible visual wake command as an actual wake command, the AR system initiates execution of an AR application.

The boiling system includes a primary boiler to heat hot water, a holding boiler to maintain the hot water, a brew group to receive the hot water from the holding boiler, and a heated transfer hose to receive a beverage component from the brew group and apply heat to the beverage component. The brew group includes a motor, a tamp to form a puck, a heated brew chamber to extract a beverage component, a load cell to measure a weight of the brew group, a heating element to heat the brew chamber, a spray to press the puck out, and an ejector to sweep the puck away. The dispensing system is coupled to the heated transfer hose to dispense the beverage component at a set point temperature.
