    Abstract: The headband unit includes two enlarged fabric pockets disposed to overlie and cover the ears of the person wearing the unit. Each pocket is formed between two layers of fabric and contains an audio speaker support in the form of a strip of flexible plastic secured around its edges to the layer of fabric that engages the ear of the person wearing the unit, and having therein a plurality of spaced openings or slots each of which is adapted to receive and removably support an audio speaker in any of a plurality of different positions in the associated pocket so as to be registrable selectively with the ear of the person wearing the unit.
