  • Publication number: 20210053139
Abstract: A sensor system detects the level of weld wire in a supply drum used in a manual, automated, or robotic welding operation. The system includes a pair of sensors on the exterior of the drum and which illuminate a light in one color to indicate a sufficient supply of weld wire and then a second color to indicate a low or depleted level of weld wire within the drum. The sensor system will start and stop the welding operation, depending upon the level of weld wire within the drum. The system can also send a notification to a remote operator as to the level of wire in the drum.

  • Patent number: 9045739
Abstract: A synthetic, soluble, endogenous complex formed from at least one component A and at least one component B, whereby component A comprises a binding domain for extra-cellular surface structures that internalize upon binding of component A of said complex, and component B has a constitutive catalytic kinase activity and effects cell biosynthesis/signalling including cell death after internalization. The complex allows to influence the growth and the physiology of cells. In particular said complex, nucleic acid molecules encoding it, cells transfected or transformed with these nucleic acid molecules are usable for the preparation of medicaments for the treatment of proliferative diseases, inflammatory diseases, allergies and autoimmune diseases.

  • Patent number: 8399200
Abstract: A process is disclosed which enables the establishing of comprehensive immunoglobulin-specific reaction profiles of subjects with disorders of the immune function by the individual V gene repertoire of Ig-expressing B cells. The process comprises the isolation of B cells from body fluids, the isolation of individual B cells and their genetic material, the amplification of nucleic acids coding the variable regions of an antibody expressed by a B cell, the recombinant preparation of antibodies by expressing the amplificates, and the determination of the binding capability of the recombinant antibody to antigens.
