  • Publication number: 20230318176
Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein include playback devices with multiple antennas and a switching control circuit. The switching control circuit provides capabilities to enable selective switching between communication ports of a wireless radio and all possible combinations of available antennas to provide improved opportunity for achieving signal diversity. In some embodiments, the wireless radio is configured to generate a first control signal at a first rate for control of the switching circuit to select one or more antennas from a subset of the available antennas for coupling to at least one of the communication ports. In some embodiments, a processor is configured to generate a second control signal at a second rate for control of the switching circuit to select the subset of the antennas.

  • Publication number: 20230235445
Abstract: A coating device includes a vacuum chamber, a crucible, at least one spray head for preparing the coating material, and an injector tube, wherein the injector tube is designed to conduct the prepared coating material to the crucible and is connected to the crucible, wherein the at least one spray head can be moved between an operating position, in which the spray head supplies the injector tube with the prepared coating material, and a removal position, and wherein at least one removal chamberis provided which is designed to be accessible from outside the vacuum chamber and which can be sealed off from the vacuum chamber and in which the at least one spray headin its removal position is separated from the vacuum chamber in a gas-tight manner.

  • Patent number: 10287678
Abstract: A method and a device for coating may involve continuously supplying a precursor, in some cases at a constant precursor level, to a plurality of coating modules. As a result, a continuous coating operation is ensured. Moreover, one such method for supplying a precursor to a plurality of coating modules of a coating device may be employed where, for example, the coating modules have a pick-off device and a supply line, the supply line which may be configured as a riser at least in some regions. Precursor may be supplied by the supply line to the pick-off device of the coating module.

  • Publication number: 20180126716
Abstract: A process may be employed to produce a composite material having at least one metallic substrate and at least one polymer layer. The process may comprise applying an adhesion promoter layer across a surface of the metallic substrate and/or the polymer layer by means of plasma coating by a plasma coating system. The adhesion promoter layer may be created by driving the plasma coating system during the plasma coating such that a specific profile of the adhesion promoter layer across the surface of the metallic substrate and/or the polymer layer is established at least in some regions. The process may also involve bonding the polymer layer to the surface of the metallic substrate having the adhesion promoter layer and/or bonding the metallic substrate to the surface of the polymer layer having the adhesion promoter layer to produce the composite material.

  • Publication number: 20160318294
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a composite sheet wherein the composite sheet includes at least two outer metal layers and at least one intermediate polymer layer wherein the polymer layer comprises a thermoplastic polymer. The method steps include providing at least a first and a second metal substrate and at least one intermediate polymer layer; coating at least one of the metal substrates with an adhesion promoter layer by plasma coating, wherein plasma coating includes: providing a process gas, generating a plasma, injecting a precursor for providing the adhesion promoter layer into the generated plasma or plasma afterglow, moving or placing the at least one metal strip into the generated plasma or plasma afterglow and depositing a plasma polymerized adhesion promoter layer on the surface of inner side of the metal substrate; and laminating the intermediate polymer layer and the two outer metal layers to build a composite material.

  • Patent number: 8533684
Abstract: A mechanism is provided to automate the mapping so that custom widgets that cause compliance errors in the Web page can be identified automatically. The mechanism dynamically creates and inserts debug directives into the HTML code generated from a custom widget in a Web page so that a compliance error found in the generated code can be traced back to the custom widget that caused the error.
