Abstract: Apparatus, methods, and systems are disclosed for pairing a first wireless device with a second wireless device and establishing an identifier. The first wireless device transmits to the second wireless device from the first wireless device with the identifier. The first wireless device shares the identifier with a third wireless device. This allows the third device to transmit to the second wireless device appearing as the first wireless device. The first wireless device stops transmitting while the third wireless device transmits. Since the third wireless device used the identifier for the first wireless device, the second wireless device believes is communicating with the first wireless device.

Abstract: A receiver mounted drum lifter which may be mounted utilizing the receiver pocket of a standard tow bar trailer hitch. The receiver pocket is typically the female member of the hitch platform fitted to the vehicle, where the receive pocket normally receives a male member having a hitch ball attached. The disclosed device lifts a drum or similar container from a first position in which the long axis of the drum is oriented in a generally vertical position, with an inlet/outlet also oriented in an upright vertical position, to a second position in which the long axis of the drum is oriented such that the inlet/outlet is in a sufficiently downwardly facing position to allow the contents of the drum to be emptied through the inlet/outlet. Embodiments of the disclosed apparatus comprise a framework adapted to be mounted in the receiver pocket. The framework comprises a drum cradling section and an inertia overcoming section.

Abstract: An apparatus, system, and method are disclosed for automated dialog driven up-selling. A conversion module may convert a service dialog into service dialog text. A search module searches the service dialog text from the service dialog between a customer and a customer service agent for at least one specified key word. An identification module identifies a customer interaction in response to the at least one key word. An opportunity module identifies an interaction opportunity wherein the customer is not interacting with the customer service agent. A presentation module presents the customer interaction to a customer. A blocking module may receive a blocking request and block customer interaction.

Abstract: An apparatus, system, and method are disclosed for allocating service requests. A category module categorizes a service request for an information technology support service with a service category. The service request comprises a service requirement. An I/O module communicates the service request to a plurality of providers that are certified to provide the service category and receives bids from the providers. A selection module selects a bid according to a selection policy. A history module may store a history of bid prices and response times.

Abstract: User computers are enrolled in a management system over the Internet only at such time as a help request is tendered, and once the request is resolved, a user computer is disenrolled, facilitating use of a manageably small help resolution database and reasonable performance from the management system.

The carton comprises a front wall including a removable panel, with a reinforced panel provided above the removable panel and a lower panel extending across the front wall provided below the removable panel. During shipping, the removable panel strengthen the walls of the carton. At the destination, the removable panel is easily removed to allow access to the rolls in the carton. The reinforced panel allows the rolls to rest against the carton without tipping.
