Abstract: A multiple interface external hard drive apparatus for easily backing up data and preventing overheating includes a battery coupled within a case. A charge port is coupled to the case and is in operational communication with the battery. A circuit board is coupled within the case and is in operational communication with the battery. A plurality of memory storage chips is coupled to the circuit board. A processor chip, a processor memory chip, and a wireless transceiver are coupled to the circuit board and are in operational communication with the plurality of memory storage chips. A plurality of ports is coupled to the case top side and is in operational communication with the processor chip. A touch screen display is coupled to the case front side and is in operational communication with the processor chip.

Abstract: A method of advertising includes using light towers for new uses. Specifically, a skeleton may be employed to connect to a frame supporting at least one LED light from a frame connected to a mast of the light tower. The skeleton may locate a first display at a desired distance from the at least one LED light to backlight the first display. While first displays may be used with many embodiments, still other embodiments may have a second display as a vertically oriented display along a portion of the mast. The second display may deploy with the extension of mast portions for at least some embodiments.

Abstract: A light tower has a mast, preferably provided in sections which can lift, some possibly with a rack and pinion system, and others possibly with a winch and pulley system. Some embodiments have a remote control to raise and lower the mast. Some embodiments have an array of lights atop the mast which can be rotated not only relative to horizontal light axes, but also relative to a horizontal array axis which is parallel to, but not collinear with, the horizontal light axes. Furthermore, some embodiments preferably provide at least one, if not a number of lights which can be unplugged from the array and connected into connections at the housing while still allowing for rotation of the lights (such as about horizontal and/or vertical axes).

Abstract: A hybrid light tower provides a way to connect a light tower to one of a shore power connection, such as 120V AC or a generator supported by a housing on an axle through a relay. Some embodiments also may have a solar panel and/or batteries for providing electrical power to LED lights of the light tower which require significantly less electrical power than prior art designs. Some embodiments may not have generators, but many will.

Abstract: A splash guard for installation at the nominally orthogonal junction between a bath tub upper surface and an adjacent wall has two legs for attachment to the nominally orthogonal surfaces joined by a flexibly curved or convoluted web that flexes to adjust the angle between the legs, so as to allow them to be attached to surfaces that are set at greater or less than 90.degree.. The flexible material required for this angular accommodation also serves to cushion impact against the body in falling accidents where the splash guard is involved.
