  • Patent number: 11520035
Abstract: Techniques for determining coherency between composite images having phase and amplitude components are disclosed. The coherency can be determined based on the amplitude components of the images, by providing first and second amplitude images indicative of amplitude values of pixels of a respective first and second composite images, applying to each of the first and second amplitude images a first directional derivative operator and a second directional derivative operator, thereby generating for each of the amplitude images respective first directional derivative image and second directional derivative image thereof, and generating a first coherency map based at least on the directional derivative images of the first and second amplitude images. The first coherency map is indicative of decorrelation between the first and second composite images.

  • Patent number: 11313639
Abstract: An auto-loading firearm having a system for switching between live fire and training modes via a selector switch mounted either on the firearm or on a specially designed training attachment. An action arm is selectively movable in response to movement of the selector switch between a live fire position, in which the firearm is free to operate as normal, and a training mode position where the action arm interrupts operation of the hammer and prevents the firearm from discharging while allowing the trigger and, if present, trigger spring to continue operating.

  • Patent number: 9996549
Abstract: A system and method for constructing a file system based on aggregated metadata from disparate sources is described. The system scans basic attributes of files in a file system, extended attributes of the files in the file system, and application-specific attributes of files that are managed by corresponding applications in the file system. The system generates an aggregate metadata library for the corresponding files based on the basic attributes, extended attributes, and application-specific attributes and builds a unified file system based on the aggregate metadata library.

  • Patent number: 8484260
Abstract: A system and process that establish a singular shared file system among devices in order to create a virtual representation of data on all of the devices via metadata indexing. This virtual representation of data means that the files are not actually stored on all devices and thus, with the exception of a single physical location, they do not need to take up any space (i.e. storage) on any additional device's hard drive. This allows for significant amounts of data to be virtually stored on each device, even if there is no physical storage room available for the data on each device. The system and process do not require data to be stored on a provider server, but instead stores only lightweight metadata, i.e., a small fraction of information about the files, online.

  • Patent number: 8331654
Abstract: A system and method for registering stereoscopic images comprising: obtaining at least two sets of stereoscopic images, each one of the at least two sets including at least two images that are taken from different angles, determining at least two groups of images, each one of the groups including at least two images that are respective images of at least two of the sets or are derived therefrom. For each one of the groups, calculating a respective optimal entities list and stereo-matching at least two images, each one being or derived from different one of the at least two groups and same or different sets, using at least four optimal entities from each one of the optimal entities list, thereby giving rise to at least one pair of registered stereoscopic images.
