  • Publication number: 20060209499
Abstract: A bus assembly that is structured to be coupled to a multiple pole circuit breaker and to a plurality of horizontally aligned vertical line conductors is disclosed. The circuit breaker has a back side with a line terminal and a load terminal for each pole extending therefrom. At least two terminals are associated with different poles are vertically aligned. The bus assembly includes a first set of line buses structured to be coupled to the line terminals, and include at least one line bus having a horizontal offset, as well as a second set of load buses structured to be coupled to the load terminals and extending in a direction generally parallel to the load terminals.

  • Publication number: 20060002056
Abstract: An offset assembly for a circuit breaker includes at least one two plane member having a first plate and a second plate. The first and second plates are joined at an edge and extend generally perpendicular to each other. The second plate is structured to be coupled to the quick disconnect and the first plate is structured to be coupled to the circuit breaker terminal so that the second plate is not aligned with the centerline of the circuit breaker terminal.

  • Publication number: 20050284739
Abstract: A multiple-hole terminal lug is for a circuit breaker including a load terminal and a conductive terminal extension coupled thereto. The multiple-hole terminal lug includes a mounting portion and a receiving portion having a plurality of receptacles for electrically coupling a corresponding plurality of electrical cables to the load terminal. Secondary mounting holes in the mounting portion align with primary mounting holes in the terminal extension in order to receive fasteners therein and secure the multiple-hole terminal lug in a first or second mounting configuration sloping upward or downward with respect tot the longitudinal axis of the terminal extension.

  • Publication number: 20050258922
Abstract: A shutter assembly for a shuttered bus assembly is provided. The shuttered bus assembly is coupled to a circuit breaker housing assembly. The circuit breaker housing assembly is structured to enclose a circuit breaker assembly. The circuit breaker assembly is structured to move generally horizontally in and out of the circuit breaker housing assembly. The circuit breaker assembly has a plurality of finger connectors extending generally horizontally from the back side of the circuit breaker assembly. The shuttered bus assembly has at least one pair of conductors which extend toward the front of said housing assembly. The finger connectors are structured to engage the conductors. The shutter assembly includes a mounting assembly and a door panel. The mounting assembly is structured to be coupled to the housing assembly.
