  • Publication number: 20250222159
Abstract: This invention describes a wound dressing product for active continuous debridement of devitalized tissues in non-healing wounds including diabetic ulcers, pressure ulcers, burn injuries and other etiologies. The present invention pertains to the principle of continuous wound debridement which makes necrotic tissue more susceptible for removal and hence enhances progressive wound healing. The dressing contains an active ingredient, such as collagenase which serves to debride wounds in-situ. In the present invention purified Collagenase (90% pure) was deposited onto several wound dressing materials. A key feature of this invention is that the activity level of the Collagenase used was substantially preserved.

  • Patent number: 12352519
Abstract: A loaded-chamber indicator firearm trigger device is provided. The device is comprised of a firearm with a trigger (or only a trigger in one embodiment), wherein the trigger is comprised of an exterior side surface with at least one indicia. The indicia is only visible outside of the frame of the firearm when the firing pin of the firearm is engaged (which causes the portion of the trigger the indicia is positioned on to move outside of the frame of the firearm). As a result, the observability of the indicia on the trigger indicates the firearm has an engaged firing pin and is ready to fire.

  • Patent number: 12340184
Abstract: The disclosed technology is generally directed to the conversion of text to tables. In one example of the technology, input text that includes at least three rows is received. A plurality of characteristics of the input text is determined. Each characteristic of the plurality of characteristics is associated with a uniformity between the rows of the input text. The plurality of characteristics includes at least one characteristic that is associated with a delimiter count. A determination is made as to whether the input text is suitable for conversion to table based on the plurality of characteristics. Upon determining that the input text is suitable for conversion to a table, a machine learning model is used to convert the input text into a table.

  • Publication number: 20250165819
Abstract: A technique for providing real time feedback from a machine learning system is provided that includes a method and system for interactively training machine learning models. In particular, by separating processing and analysis using static and dynamic models that are trained differently, the disclosed technique enables interactive training and prediction of machine learning models to increase the speed of generating new predictions based on real time feedback. In some cases, a dynamic model is applied to the output of a static model to generate an analysis, a correction of the analysis is received, and the correction is used to retrain the dynamic model. An updated analysis is generated based on reapplying the dynamic model to the output of the static model without having to retrain the static model.

  • Publication number: 20250166426
Abstract: A rare event detector can calculate a temporal segmentation pattern based on historical time-series data of historical telemetry streams from a first time period. The temporal segmentation pattern includes historical temporal segments. The system can identify sets of predicted events associated with the historical temporal segments based on the historical telemetry streams. The system can calculate dynamic limits for the respective historical temporal segments based on the shapes. The system can identify a set of active temporal segments of an incoming telemetry stream that correspond to a subset of the historical temporal segments. The active temporal segments are from a second time period after the first time period. The system can detect a rare event for an active temporal segment of the set of active temporal segments in response to the incoming telemetry stream exceeding the dynamic limits for a historical temporal segment corresponding to the active temporal segment.

  • Publication number: 20250141893
Abstract: Techniques described herein can perform obfuscation detection on command lines used at computing devices in a network. In response to detecting obfuscation in a command line, the disclosed techniques can output a notification for use in connection with network security analysis. The command line obfuscation detection techniques include pre-processing command line input data and converting command lines into token groups. The token groups are then provided as an input to a natural language processor or other machine learned model, which is trained to identify obfuscation probabilities associated with token groups can corresponding command lines. A notification is generated to trigger further analysis in response to an obfuscation probability exceeding a threshold obfuscation probability.

  • Patent number: 12287321
Abstract: Provided herein are systems, devices, and methods for performing optical multianalyte detection in a sample, such as a human blood sample. The system processes sample in a single-use support pack that holds the blood sample and contains pipette tips, buffers, reagent preparation wells and a monolayer. Sample is transferred from the sample pack to a single-use disc consumable that contains microwells pre-filled with dried chemistries, plasma separation features, and a hematocrit channel. The instrument comprises a cell imager, an absorbance module comprising a spectrophotometer, a fluorescent laser scanning module, and a camera. The system uses only a small amount of blood from a single heparinized sample, to simultaneously provide results for a full panel of routine blood tests spanning elecochemistry, clinical chemistry, hematology, immunoassays and combinations thereof.
