  • Publication number: 20140102685
Abstract: A device for cooling a component includes first and second cooling cons for circulation of a coolant. The first and second cooling coils have serpentine sections and distance sections connecting neighboring ones of the serpentine sections to each other for cooling individual non-neighboring component areas. Each distance section is configured to bridge a component area which is cooled by a one of the serpentine-shaped sections of the first and second cooling coils.

  • Patent number: 8069550
Abstract: In a method for constructing a linear motor, each tooth of a plurality of teeth is provided with two separate tooth halves with removable tooth tips. After removing the tooth tips to expose an open end of the tooth halves, a prewound coil is pushed over the open end of the two tooth halves of each tooth up to an end position, and a magnet is inserted between the two tooth halves of each tooth. The tooth halves have a thickness between the open end and the end position which does not exceed a thickness of the tooth halves at the end position.

  • Publication number: 20100072831
Abstract: In an electrical machine in which the primary part comprises coils and magnets, the coils being surrounded in each case by two tooth halves and the magnet being inserted in each case between said two tooth halves, provision is made according to the invention for an assembly in which the coil is prewound, the prewound coil is pushed onto two tooth halves, and the magnet is only then inserted. This is made possible by the provision of tooth halves which have a corresponding shape or can be converted into a corresponding shape by virtue of the removability of a tooth tip.
