Patent number: 12233558Abstract: This disclosure describes systems, methods, and devices related to robotic control for tool sharpening. The device may determine a first location associated with a first cutting tool of the one or more cutting tools relative to the first container. The device may grip the first cutting tool based on the first location of the first cutting tool relative to the first container. The device may move the robotic device to one more scanning sensors. The device may collect three dimensional data. The device may extract a profile of the first cutting tool. The device may determine a top edge and a bottom edge based on the profile. The device may determine a tip of the first cutting tool. The device may generate a sharpening path based on the tip and the profile of the first cutting tool.Type: GrantFiled: March 17, 2022Date of Patent: February 25, 2025Assignee: Omnisharp, LLCInventors: Russell Aldridge, Marc Christenson, Jacob Robinson, Isaac Jones, Joshua Foss, Mathius Jules, Michael Morgan, Austin Christensen, Jason Orr, Nathan Powelson, Sam Grayson

Patent number: 7152729Abstract: Reciprocating floor conveyor include floor slats and slide bearings. The floor slats include a top section, first and second side walls that extend downward from the top section, a first bottom flange integral with the first side wall and a second bottom flange integral with a second side wall. A top section cantilever portion extends laterally outward from the second side wall. A seal flange is integral with the first side wall and includes a seal support surface and a seal flange wall that cooperate with the first side wall to form a seal retainer channel position below the cantilever portion of an adjacent floor slat. The slide bearings have a cross beam, and right and left walls. Wings extend laterally outward from the top of the walls and sit on guide beams.Type: GrantFiled: November 18, 2003Date of Patent: December 26, 2006Assignee: Wilkens Manufacturing, Inc.Inventors: Arthur L. Wilkens, Michael A. Aldridge, Jr., Rodney D. Damrow

Publication number: 20060079218Abstract: A method and apparatus for filtered wireless communications is provided. The method provides a managed wireless zone. A wireless zone communication system is provided having one or more wireless nodes. The wireless node can be a cellular base substation including a power source, a processor having software stored in memory, a transceiver designed to function solely in a filtered zone and to communicate with one or more wireless devices via an antenna transmitter, and a cellular phone number assigned to the cellular base substation. Wireless communication signals to be used within the managed wireless zone are registered.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 13, 2004Publication date: April 13, 2006Inventors: Michael Aldridge, Fabrice Bonvoisin

Patent number: 6763933Abstract: The reciprocating floor conveyor employs slide bearings with a base, a left side wall, a right side wall, and left and right wings that extend outward from the side walls. The base has a lower surface that sits on cross beams between adjacent guide beams. The left wing sits on the left guide beam. The right wing sits on the right guide beam. A left upper finger snaps under a support plate on the left guide beam and a right upper finger snaps under a support plate on the right guide beam to hold the slide bearing in place. The slide bearing extends from the front of the conveyor to the rear of the conveyor and seals the opening between adjacent guide beams that extend from the front end to the rear end of the floor conveyor. Slide surfaces on the base and the wings support floor slats.Type: GrantFiled: November 18, 2003Date of Patent: July 20, 2004Assignee: Wilkens ManufacturingInventors: Arthur L. Wilkens, Michael A.
